I was admitted on Thursday 18th june for a bilateral diep. The staff are absolutely amazing and its definitely not just a job , they are caring and cant do enough for you. Im now in ward 48 and the care is fantastic 👌. Special thanks to Megan ,kirsty and Paul in receiving room . Special thanks to another kirsty, Sammy,Carolanne, and too many names to remember and a great big thanks to my surgeon miss kavitta sharma. What amazing staff everyone goes that extra mile and everyone of you should be proud of the care you all give . 🥰
My mum recently received urgent and then palliative care at Glasgow Royal Infirmary. The nurses and doctors on ward 44 were kind and considerate throughout and in particular the nursing care given was excellent. Through a very difficult period the nurses made time to always attend to my mum when she was in discomfort and also looked after us as visitors. We are very grateful to the team there.

Was sent up for a chest x-ray. All the staff were so friendly, kind and empathetic. While being extremely busy with patients in the corridor. Truly lucky to have an NHS and great people who work there.
I had to rush there for my wife, we waited for three hours and the doctors never even cared to pay a visit. The guy at the reception was totally helpless and the nurse who attended us didn’t even bother to direct us to the doctor. This is such a terrible hospital tbh
Been waiting since March for someone to sign my referral form. During this time, I've lost considerable function in 2 fingers. I keep having to chase the secretary and told I'll receive an update but they've never called me back. I'm in so much pain and nobody seems to be treating this with any urgency which is worrying.
Went on Christmas day morning to minor injuries unit with referral from NHS24 for a suspected broken toe. The staff was so nice and friendly. Asked me questions thoroughly, examined everything, did an Xray. I was in and out within 30min with actual broken toe. Couldn't have asked for a better care.
