I can highly recommend this dentist practice. All the staff are friendly and polite. My check up was with Ruby and she was caring, friendly and polite. The whole visit from start to finish was a good top quality service

I was a patient here for several years and experienced repeated delays, poor planning, and last-minute cancellations. My final experience was the most disappointing: after paying for a consultation and replacement filling, the filling and part of the tooth failed within months, requiring urgent treatment elsewhere at additional cost. The complaints process was handled poorly, communication was inconsistent, and a promised response from the treating dentist never arrived.
