I had a fantastic experience at this dental practice. The fact that they were open late at night was extremely helpful. From the moment I arrived, the reception team, nurse, and dentist were all kind, friendly, and professional.
The practice was spotless, and the staff made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout my appointment. I was seen promptly with very little waiting time, and everything was explained clearly.
I am genuinely pleased with the care and service I received and would not hesitate to recommend this practice to others. Thank you to the whole team for making my visit such a positive experience.
It is refreshing when you meet a dentist for the first time and feel safe. I am a phobic who really doesn’t like dentist. My front tooth broke and I only have sedation to have work done. I visited the Baker Street dental office and all the time the staff and doctors were very reassuring and kind. The assistant Diksha was very attentive and helped me to relax. Also Dr Boulis was so gentle and delicate with me that I had my tooth fixed there and then. Great stuff, I can only recommend this place. It is on the higher end of cost but I personally understand this because everywhere was closed. I was booked straight away and the service is second to none. 😊👍
Really great experience at Baker Street Dental. I had an infected tooth removed and was quite nervous going in, but the team were incredibly patient and reassuring throughout. They explained everything clearly before starting, which made a big difference. The procedure itself was quick and smooth, done in around 20 minutes with no issues. I felt well looked after the whole time. Highly recommend if you need urgent dental care
I can only say positive things about Dr Boulis, Deborah and their teams.
I visited firstly to have a wisdom tooth extraction and visited Deborah the hygienist once the wound healed.
I have now decided to make this clinic my dentist due to the excellent care I have received.
All staff have been very good with me as I have a funny reaction to anaesthetic but they put my mind and heart rate at ease.
Dr Boulis is always transparent about pricing which I appreciate.
Will be back regularly.
Highly recommend Dr Boulis and his staff. I’ve been using this service on and off over several years. I must say they are a wonderful team. So caring and attentive to customers. Also the dentists are top notch. Well done for maintaining a high of quality and consistency. Great service, it will cost but honestly you do get what you pay for.
I cannot recommend Marcelo and his nurse Devine highly enough! The care and attention they gave me was truly exceptional — not just in terms of the treatment itself, but in how they looked after my overall wellbeing.
Marcelo is a fantastic dentist who clearly takes great pride in his work, and Devine is a gem . I left not only with great dental care but feeling so much better in myself mentally too.

I had an emergency appointment and was seen really quickly. The dentist was calm, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable even though I was quite anxious. The treatment was efficient and professional, and I left feeling so much better. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing urgent dental care.
I had to be seen for an emergency appointment on a Sunday and was recommended this clinic and I can't recommend it enough! I was initially seen by Dr Brito who was incredibly understanding of my fear of dentists and phobia of needles... especially after some bad experiences in my past. She was professional, warm, funny and gentle. She was great at explaining every part of the procedure, and as someone who has been terrified of the word "root canal", it actually ended up just fine. She ran me through all costs before treatment, so you don't get any unfortunate surprises. The reception team also has been wonderful at follow up calls, and been very helpful! I had to go back for a second treatment (all laid out as a plan for me during my first visit) and saw Professor Mannocci. Again, incredibly professional and warm, as well as very good at explaining the procedure and what he was doing. I feel confident going dentist again now and that is all down to Dr Brito and Professor Mannocci. Thank you!
Keep in mind it is quite expensive as it is a private emergency dentist, but to me it has been worth it.
