I’ve always wanted to leave a review for my favourite nail tech, and honestly, a simple review doesn’t even do her justice — so here’s a little collage of her incredible work over the year (this is only some of her work btw!!)! Sherika—She’s truly the sweetest person and has such an amazing eye for colour. No matter what vibe I’m going for, she somehow always knows exactly what will suit me. I can’t recommend her enough.

One of the best nail experiences I’ve had in London! Everything felt super clean and professional, and Tatiana was so lovely and talented. The only small thing was that the filing felt a little painful at times, but overall I’m really happy with my nails 💖💅🏻

Worst experience I’ve had with a nail shop in my entire life. Keep reading. (The photo is where I got cut with scissors which is explained below)
After just 5 days my biab started peeling. Went back and saw someone called Tatiana who kept arguing with me and talking to other nail techs in their language. I kept on telling her what the mix of colours was but she kept on saying no. Reception had to come over to translate because the back and forth was ridiculous.
Worst part? Despite me showing multiple signs of pain and pulling my hand away to signal to her to be more gentle, she kept clipping my cuticles so harshly that I started bleeding!!!!!!! She barely said anything after, just cleaned it and continued?! Probably to hide what she did. I regret not taking a picture at that point. But of course my hand was bleeding so I was more focused on that.
I am now so traumatised about that experience I will now fear getting my cuticles cut because of how painful that experience was. Never in my entire life of getting my nails done has someone literally cut me from negligence and blatant aggression. Disgusting behaviour. And yes, till now my finger is still hurting and very sensitive.
This was my first time getting a service done from this place and the absolute last. I'll share this experience with as many people as possible because that was just unbelievable.
Racism and discriminatory behaviour should also not be accepted from anyone.
After a lot of research I chose this place for a consultation and after meeting with Lulia I knew I wanted her to do the treatment. Lulia is so professional, kind and communicative. She stopped to check in that I was okay during the treatment multiple times and shes just generally so considerate, knowledgeable and very professional. Salon is very clean and all staff are polite. Reception talked me through all the different options and made me feel really comfortable. Really like this place!
Loved the calm relaxed efficiency of the salon. The decor is a clean aesthetic with a classic splash of colour which I liked. Tatiana made my nails look brand new, I still can't stop admiring them!
Already looking forward to trying other services.
I had a problem with my nails and Elyse went above and beyond to fix this problem. Sherika finessed my nails like nobody has done before; the attention to detail is everything - smooth application, precise shaping and snatched cuticles, as in the photos. Everyone is very kind and accommodating. The salon is clean and modern and they use sterilised equipment for each customer. I’m very impressed and I’ve already booked my next appointment. Ioana is an utter angel! I have been going to her for 6 years now for my nails and would never go anywhere else. She is incredibly accommodating, communicative and meticulous in her work, always listening to my exact preferences. My nails are always perfection after visiting her, and extremely long lasting. Couldn’t recommend her highly enough!
Iulia is extremely professional and very kind. I highly recommend her to anyone. I have been receiving treatments with her for some time now, and I am very happy with the results
