My experience prior treatment and having treatment was brilliant 10/10!!! Eileen is fantastic, professional and excellent at her role. She has a friendly and warm disposition to keep you at ease and feeling calm. The practice manager very professional, honest and knowledgeable about what is right for individual need and wants by managing expectations. Dimple the hygienist was excellent, it was one of the best cleans I had on my teeth, without being drenched in water compared to other establishments. Thank you for me feel welcomed and good within. I highly recommend the Ecladent practice, where you will receive excellent service and you won't be disappointed.
I am incredibly happy with Ecladent Dental Surgery. I have just finished my Invisalign treatment and the results are fantastic. Dr Sam is wonderful, she is very professional and took the time to explain every step of the process from start to finish. The entire team is welcoming and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone considering dental treatment.

This practice has hundreds of positive reviews and in their defence they'll respond with the same tag line in response to my review today. I'd urge people to thoroughly do their research and read the themes of the lowest reviews. They're all spot on and has a very obvious theme. This is a money making dental practice and Sam's demeanour completey changes when you are a returning client for when she can't unfortunately charge lots even though I was charged more than what I was quoted. Invisalign refinements quote went up extortionately despite being told it would be £50, no x-ray taken but dental check up fee of £65 charged plus administration fees of £150. What did the dental check up consist of; the 3d scan and a telling off that I've not been to their hygienist. When I challenged this I was told x-rays are additional which let me be clear if it was required I would have paid an additional fee. However her lack of professionalism failed to mention an x-ray should be taken. I'm now having proper dental care at a better ethical practice by real clinicians who care and not by someone who prides herself more on getting people through the door for their profhilo and botox treatments. Absolutely disgraced by service, lack of ethical practice and above all clinical care. I wish this industry was better regulated. For someone who works in strategic clinical healthcare I advocate for change and hope failings and financial regulation will be reviewed by the GDC or another independent regulatory body.
This contradicts your reply- my scan was taken and submitted to invasalign prior to a hygienist clean. I then attended that appointment so clearly this advice is not mandated.
Secondly I have just got a new set of night retainers from another dental provider- the fit and quality are worlds apart gutted I was charged in excess of £500 for set of trays that don't even fit properly. Clearly there was disparity either with scan and impressions or the lab used. Just outpockted twice now as I've paid for new tray with a reputable dentist. Clients please shop around
ive had an amazing experience with my Invisalign treatment here. from start to finish, the whole team has been exceptional. the receptionists are always kind and helpful. the dentists & hygienists are very professional, friendly & take the time to explain everything clearly. dr sam made me feel well cared for and was very warm and supportive. definitely recommend this dental practice! thank you
The two times I have visited to the Ecladent for my consolations and treatments, I was met with nothing but friendliness and professionalism! Dr Sam is such a talented women and knows a great deal about all the treatments and how your own face will change ect, she isn’t pushing you to get certain things and she doesn’t over do it making you look still incredible natural but enhancing your features! I feel like myself again!!
I am very much in good hands with her and look forward to our future appointments over the years to come!

I came to Ecladent for a check up and to check why I have toothache, after hearing good things from my Mum and sister. I saw Dr Gholipour, she was really kind and gave me lots of good advice. Eileen did a full x-ray for me too and she was also very kind and reassuring. I’m very happy with my appointment and I would be happy to visit again soon.
