My regular dentist referred me to this practice for a wisdom tooth extraction. The whole experience, from appointment scheduling to aftercare guidance, was faultless. Every member of the team was brilliant.
I was apprehensive about undergoing the extraction, but Dr Chantal (assisted by Emily) put me at ease straight away with her professionalism and friendly manner. The extraction was over before I even realised and I felt no pain during or after the procedure. I cannot recommend Dr Chantal and this practice highly enough.
I had my tooth extraction done today at East Village Dental Canning Town by Dr Chantal and nurse Alicia, and I honestly cannot thank them enough. I was extremely nervous because of my severe swelling and infection, but they were very professional, kind and reassuring throughout the whole procedure.
Dr Chantal is truly amazing. The way she removed the tooth was incredible, I genuinely could not feel any pain during the extraction. She made me feel calm and safe from start to finish.
A big thank you as well to Alicia for being so supportive and caring during the treatment.

I highly recommend Dr Ben for wisdom tooth extraction. I had my wisdom tooth removed at another clinic before, and the pain afterwards was so severe for the first couple of days that I became really anxious about having another extraction. This time, Dr Ben completely changed my experience. The procedure was incredibly smooth, and I honestly had almost no pain afterwards. I barely needed to take any painkillers during my recovery, which was something I never expected.

I had to get my wisdom tooth removed and was referred to this practice. Dr Chantal and Nurse Alicia were very good. I was extremely nervous and Dr Chantal tried to calm me. Taking out the tooth didn't hurt at all only the injection was brutal but I was warned about that. They answered all my questions and provided aftercare notes.
I had a wisdom tooth extraction with Dr Chantal Burgess and she is so sweet and understanding. She explained everything in a clear tone in a way I could understand and her demeanor was just very lovely and made me comfortable to ask questions to. Would highly recommend someone as lovely as her to make your appointment smooth and calm as possible.

I received perfect treatment from Dr.Chantal (& jade nurse) on 29th of January. Was well informed of the process . I was very very nervous about my extraction but she made me calm n relaxed. The procedure was carried out by Dr. Chantal, and I would honestly say that she has such a magic hand with beautiful smile.The entire process was done so smoothly, gently, and pain free .i had no idea when n how she removed my tooth — no pain, no pressure, no discomfort at all. Her professionalism, calm manner and politeness put me at ease. It was one of the most stress-free dental experience I have ever had.

Dr Chantel and the nurse, Alisha - were very kind. Makes a lot of difference when you go in feeling nervous about extractions.
