The doctors and reception staff are always professional, caring, and supportive, making every visit a positive experience.

I had a very positive experience during my recent blood test. Carlene was incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel at ease from the very beginning. She explained everything clearly and carried out the procedure quickly and almost painlessly. Her calm and reassuring manner really helped reduce any anxiety I had. The whole process was smooth and efficient. I’m very grateful for her care and would highly recommend her to others.
My mum had a check-up appointment today and Carlene at the surgery was incredibly helpful and friendly. She made my mum feel safe, comfortable, and at ease throughout the appointment. Carlene took the time to answer all of our questions and address any concerns we had in a clear and reassuring manner. She was also very efficient in providing appropriate guidance.

Carlene is someone I see regularly and her professional manner, calm and capable handling of process and paperwork as well as the comfort of seeing a familiar and reassuring face is invaluable. A Significant Turnaround – Much Better Support!
I previously left a very negative review in early 2025, but I’m happy to say the situation has noticeably improved. Lately, every time I’ve requested assistance via the Evergreen app, I’ve received a call-back from a nurse or doctor within 24 hours. I feel much more supported now.

The only remaining area for improvement is the booking system; it would be much better if we could schedule specific appointment times rather than waiting for a call at an unknown time. Overall, a great step in the right direction!
