Been visiting the Dr Rez practice on my invisalign journey, but beforehand I needed 2 fillings which I have had done today. My dentist is Jas and she is marvellous, I can't believe how great the fillings look, they just look like my normal teeth! Jas was also great at putting my mind at rest and also answering all of my questions as I am a bit of a nervous patient.
I also saw Owen for a hygiene appointment and that was also really good.
If you are nervous of the dentist then I recommend contacting the Dr Rez clinic and you will be in very safe hands. They are very thorough and professional whilst also putting you at ease.
I recently had my first treatment at Dr Rez Dental after attending one of their Open Days, and had my front teeth completely re-constructed with composite bonding. I am particularly grateful to my dentist, Dr Rhys Ward, who from the initial consultation, visual presentation, through to the final appointments, has provided an outstanding level of service. Rhys, Suzy O’Brien (Treatment Co-ordinator), Owen Webb (Dental Therapist), and numerous members of the Patient Experience Team have consistently provided a welcoming, friendly, professional and efficient service. Rhys and the team put me at ease at every single appointment, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Rhys provided a treatment plan tailored to my needs to achieve my desired perfect smile - and I am incredibly happy with the result! I have been that impressed that I am now a patient of Dr Rez Dental (moving from a competitor dental practice 1 minute away) due to the superior level of service provided. I would thoroughly recommend Dr Rez Dental to anyone looking for a new dental practice, or seeking a dental practice that provides a superior service.
Amazing dentistry. From my very first day of visit, the atmosphere was very pleasant like a spa. The staff is very friendly and I have easy conversation with them. At the moment, I'm still on a dental treatment with fast braces. I remember my 1st appointment at the dentistry with one of the dentists, who made a forecast for my teeth, that they might need up to 3 years to get perfectly straightened. On my previous appointment with Dr Rez Dilmah, he filled me with hope by saying that the straightening of my teeth could be almost done. Because I started my dental treatment 2 years ago, which means that I have a great chance of beating the forecast. For 2 years of dental treatment and teeth straightening, my teeth are more straightened and healthier like never before. It feels so good. Wonderful dentistry.I would definitely recommend it to my friends. 5 out of 5.
Dr Rez has been a fantastic dentist. I flossed occasionally, I used a manual toothbrush morning and night, I went in thinking my teeth were fine, but the 3D scans completely changed my perspective — I could clearly see issues like a slight underbite and my front teeth beginning to twist, the chiselling of the canines, and all the teeth were caving in, things I'd never been told about before and things I saw would be very bad in the future if there wasn't an intervention. It was really eye-opening.
Dr Rez took the time to walk me through everything, explained all the options clearly, and never rushed any decisions. I ended up going with Fast Braces and the results have been excellent. He was incredibly attentive throughout, making small precise adjustments to make sure everything moved in the right direction. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting it right.
The whole team deserves a mention too — every member of staff was friendly, approachable, and made me feel at ease straight away. The clinic itself has a lovely calm atmosphere that doesn't feel like the typical dental practice I grow up going to as a child.
I'd highly recommend Dr Rez to anyone who thinks their teeth are fine — you might be surprised!
I highly recommend Dr Rez Dental practice. I’ve been coming this practice for a while now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care. I have just finished Invisalign and whitening treatment, and I'm thrilled with the results. I also go for my routine appointments and every visit is stress‑free. The whole team are so welcoming and professional. They always make me feel comfortable and well looked after. Dr Rez Dental is a practice that genuinely cares and delivers great results
I have been really impressed with the experience at Dr Rez Dental. I was initially assessed and a thorough process of investigative scans / X-rays took place. I was given then a full treatment plan with options and also planned treatment. Being able to attend the surgery on Saturdays was a massive plus due to my work schedule. I have subsequently joined the Den plan which covers a number of future treatments. My assigned dentist Jas was extremely helpful as were hygienist and dental nurses along with administrative staff. I will be planning some cosmetic works in the near future. Thank you
I initially went to Dr Rez for a whitening treatment. As it had been a while since my last visit I had to have a full consultation first. Turns out I needed a filling, was suffering from bone loss, needed a deep clean under my gums and I also had two older amalgam fillings replaced as they were distorting the colour of my teeth as they were showing through and making my teeth look grey. Once the stabilisation of my teeth was done I had my whitening treatment. I saw Dr Jas who was lovely and explained all the options too me. I had two whitening treatments but that was my choice as although my teeth did look cleaner and whiter we wanted a better result. When I started my whitening treatment there was an offer on. As I had a little further to go Dr Rez honoured the original offer price even though I was now outside the offer period, which I thought was a lovely gesture. Would definitely recommend going here as everyone is lovely and they really do look after your teeth and gums and dont just push the cosmetic side. Thank you Dr Jas for your patience through all my appointments.

When I first came to the practice, I was incredibly nervous about dentistry and carried a lot of anxiety around appointments and treatment. Since then, Casper has built such a trusting relationship with me that I now genuinely feel safe, comfortable and confident which is something I never thought I’d say!
One thing that really stands out is how much attention they pay to you as a person. They clearly read and consider your notes, remember your needs, and adapt their approach in a really thoughtful and compassionate way. Whether that’s giving reassurance, taking time to explain things properly, or making adjustments that help you feel more comfortable, I’ve always felt listened to and respected rather than rushed or judged.
Every member of the team takes the time to talk things through properly, answer questions and make sure you feel involved in your own care. Rather than feeling overwhelmed, they work with you to create a plan that feels manageable and empowering. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and the quality of the work they do.
A huge mention as well to Lily the dental hygienist, who has been amazing throughout. I’ve never once felt judged or “told off”, which I think a lot of nervous dental patients carry fear around. Everything is approached with kindness, honesty and support, and it makes such a difference.
From emergency treatment through to long-term planning, they’ve transformed something I used to constantly worry about into something that feels easy and safe. The standard of treatment has been fantastic throughout.
The whole environment is lovely and welcoming too, and all of the staff are brilliant — including Ryan on reception, who is always so friendly and helpful. Also a big thank you to Cameron for today’s appointment!
