Had a great experience ….. I ended up needing my tooth being extracted. It was painless and I could not of asked for better customer service. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I was talked through the procedure, kept informed of how it was going what was needed and after care was explained and given Thank you to a great team.

I needed emergency treatment late at night. The dentist and dental nurse on duty Thursday 13th were absolutely amazing. They kept me calm and took great care of me. I needed to return the evening after with a big blood clot and again the same dentist is outstanding. I would recommend this place for emergency triage. Had no idea there was such services until I was in dire straights with pain/my tooth the night before my holiday. From the inital call to ask about the services to having the treatment done: A *. Could not fault the level of service, professionalism that I experienced. I was instantly put at ease (I'm genuinely terrified of dentists after a bad experience else where), I had all my options explained to me/risks explained and the whole experience couldn't have gone any better given my circumstances of being in so much pain/stress the night before flying. I'll be back to have the rest of the work that needs doing as I felt that the service I got, was the best and best suited for myself.
