I had my root canal treatment, post placement, and crown procedure done at this clinic, and I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. Dr. Yulia was highly professional, knowledgeable, and caring throughout the treatment process. She explained every step clearly and made me feel comfortable and confident.
The clinic has a clean, modern, and welcoming ambience, creating a very relaxing environment for patients. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always attentive to my needs.
The quality of treatment was excellent, and I truly appreciate the care and attention I received. I would highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Yulia to anyone looking for professional dental care.

I would like to make a complaint regarding my recent appointment.
I have been attending your clinic for more than three years and have regular appointments with the GP, often every week or every few weeks. Unfortunately, my last experience was very disappointing.
During the consultation, the doctor asked me which medication I wanted to be prescribed. I was surprised by this, as I am not a medical professional and I expect medical advice from the doctor based on my condition and medical history.
In addition, I was told that my medical history could not be seen on the system. Later, the doctor was able to find it, which left me feeling concerned and lacking confidence in the consultation.
I did not feel that the doctor demonstrated professionalism during the appointment. She appeared unsure and lacked confidence, which did not inspire trust. As a patient, I expect clear medical guidance and professional advice.
I paid £120 for this appointment, yet I left without any clear solution or support. I honestly feel that nothing was resolved, and I do not understand what I paid for.
I do not have confidence in this doctor and I do not feel comfortable booking future appointments with her. This experience has left me very disappointed.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and provide a response.
I have been a loyal patient here since I was 6 years old. The treatment of patients here is immaculate - the nurses are lovely, the healthcare is excellent and worthwhile. If you’re like me who’s usually scared of dentists, this place is the place for you, as every specialist makes you feel at ease with their professionalism and kindness.
I honestly thank the dentist and the receptionist for all the good work. I have seen them twice this year and my dentist Erum is very professional and polite. I would give them 10 stars out of 5 stars! The receptionist was very polite and humble. I appreciate the work they do.
Respectfully, they took too long to get me seen and the dentist himself didn't quite address what I went there for. The problem is, the receptionists confirmed when I booked my appt. over phone that they do offer what I was looking for. The dentist then confirmed this branch does not do amalgam fillings. Post-appt., the dental plan they made for me was ridiculously expensive. In essence, I would avoid this dentist.

I had an excellent experience at Dental & Medical Clinic in Barking. From the moment I arrived, the clinic was clean, well-organised, and welcoming. The reception staff were professional, friendly, and made me feel at ease straight away.
I would especially like to thank Dr. Tommy Tomescu, who is an outstanding dentist. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very gentle. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. His calm and caring manner really helps reduce any anxiety.
The level of care and attention to detail was excellent, and I felt I was in very safe hands. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Tommy Tomescu to anyone looking for high-quality dental care in Barking.

I visited Dr Victoria today, with chronic ear infections that have been misdiagnosed and ignored by NHS doctors. Dr Victoria was fantastic, I got correct prescription for my condition and aftercare recommendations. Highly recommend Dr Victiria and the clinic, staff are lovely and professional 🫶🏼
