I had an excellent experience at Clocktower Dental Surgery in Harlesden. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was welcoming, friendly, and highly professional.
A special thank you to Dr Hephzi Day, who treated my teeth with exceptional care and expertise. She is not only a highly skilled and knowledgeable dentist, but also a genuinely positive, kind, and reassuring person. She took the time to explain every step of the treatment, making me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process.
The quality of care I received was outstanding, and the results exceeded my expectations. It is clear that patient wellbeing is a top priority at this practice.

Highly recommended professional and child friendly practice
Our daughters had an exceptional experience at this surgery. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome from the reception team and the registration process was seamless. The facility is impeccably clean which my daughters particularly noted and the atmosphere was further enhanced by a great selection of music.
Dr. Courtney provided outstanding care. She was incredibly patient and took the time to build rapport, asking thoughtful questions rather than rushing straight into the examination. This level of attentiveness made my children feel completely at ease.
Practical tip:
Parking: There is a small lot directly opposite the surgery, but space is limited. We found it much easier to park at the nearby Tesco, which is an easy five- minute walk away.
My youngest enjoyed her visit so much that she requested to switch to this practice permanently, which I have already arranged. I cannot recommend this surgery highly enough.
Recently joined this surgery and already very happy with the level of friendliness and customer service. The receptionists are lovely,delightful to deal with and extremely efficient too.A very transparent approach to how the dental work is priced,and everything was thoroughly explained by the dentist i saw(Priyen),before my treatment plan was put together. Extremely happy to recommend this dental practice,and even happier that I've now become a patient there myself,upon the recommendation of my partner, who is an existing patient of theirs. She too has always spoken highly of the treatment and customer service there,especially as she has more complex requirements. Both of us fully confident in all this surgery has to offer to its clients.

What can I say about these three ladies, Helen marisha and the wonderful dentist clelia.....just heaven sent. The receptionist Helen and Marisha knows how to make you feel welcome and their communication skills is great, not forgetting their manner...on point. Then the dentist Clelia is just GOD sent, perfection at its best, she make sure your comfortable, talks you through every bit of the appointment, warm and friendly too. All I can say is I ain't going to no other dental surgery, she is the best.
Excellent dental care with a human touch!! Healing with superior care!! My wife and myself love this dental clinic as for the lovely gestures extended with utmost care as great doctors to name Dr. Clelia and nurse Safia. They are truly "Awesome!!!". Toothache is one of the worst pains a person will have to go through. Clock Tower Dental Surgery is "The place to be" as for healing toothache with a caring touch!! Love the reception desk they are very warm and the hospitality extended is very impressive!.

I was apprehensive on my initial visit, as I have an ongoing health issue. My fears were unnecessary as the dentist appreciated my concerns and explained in detail what needed to be done.
