I had such a wonderful experience at Chingford mount dental practice. I went for a consultation with Dr Gogna. I was first welcomed by a lovely receptionist called Pushpa. She was a very warm and welcoming receptionist and a lovely lady to talk to as I was waiting. She gave me a lovely nice smile as I walked in and made lovely conversation with me. I saw Dr Gogna and had a wonderful experience. He was very professional during my consultation, explaining my treatment plan very clear. It was clear he was of high experience and knowledge. After my consultation the lovely receptionist Pushpa was able to rebook me in and was very attentive whilst doing so. All staff were of such high attentiveness and a very professional experience was given. I would highly recommend coming to this practise for any dental needs. Thank you to both Pushpa and Dr Gogna for a great experience.
Best practice I have ever been subscribed to. Staff of very friendly and the dental team are fantastic. Raj is an excellent dentist who gives honest advice around required work. Can't thank you enough for rescuing my tooth and enamel, where I thought I may need a root canal!
I’ve been at this practice for years now The team there are great, and Yoshan is a Brilliant dentist I don’t have any bad words to say about him. My experience is always pleasant he makes you feel comfortable, he’s incredibly skilled but also takes the time to explain everything clearly, so you know exactly what's going on with your dental health :)

Leaving after 35 years of using the practise. Genuinely feel bit sad, as it has given some great care over the years, but unfortunately, recently the standard has fallen, below expectation with respect to the care I have received.
My usual dentist was not available so, went to see an alternative Dentist for an issue related to deep broken filling, first attempt left an un-even filling, only after insisting on having it equal additional work was done to make it even, then had sensitiveness issue for around two week, which has now settled down, however, within a month, during flossing, the filling was broken. When returned, seeing my main Dentist, I was told, to my surprise the other side was broken, not the side that was worked on. Which did not make sense to me, as I can feel it is the same issue is there.
Anyways, dentist did not take any responsibility for the failings or sub-standard work, and had to pay double for the same work. I have lost trust and faith in surgery, and seems to be prioritising financial gains over quality of service and customer satisfaction., which I will be a part of.

Dr. Mimi took time to thoroughly explain each procedure, answering all my questions with patience and understanding. Her technical skills are exceptional—every treatment has been painless and expertly done. What truly sets this practice apart is the perfect balance of professional competence and compassionate care. The staff remember patients by name and makes even routine cleanings feel comfortable. Jackie pushpa and meg were really helpful at the desk and even offered a coffee. Very polite and would definitely recommend to others, dr Janiszewska and dr vipradas gave amazing treatment and were very Patient.
Have had several appointments here including a check up, hygienist appointments and Invisalign. Great service and the clinic is nice & clean. Would recommend :)
