What a lovely dental practice! I went to them after chipping a tooth and was expecting to just have an examination. When I got there the dentist clearly explained the options available to repair the damage and provided an honest and affordable quote. She was even able to complete my treatment the same day!
As someone who has been nervous at the dentist ever since I was a child, it was hugely appreciated when the team noticed me wringing my hands and immediately opened the window and spoke to me really calmly. It made a huge difference to being able to sit through the treatment and means I will be keen to have my general dentistry there from now on.
More than this, it was the professional yet warm and friendly service I had from the outset. There’s an atmosphere that everyone on staff wants you to feel welcome and comfortable. It’s evident from Claire on Reception who is super efficient and so caring. By the time you’re in the chair you might not notice how seamlessly the dental team work together because they don’t even need to verbally communicate with each other, just anticipate each other’s next move whilst prioritising your check up or treatment.
I’m thoroughly impressed and grateful, and if anything, I wish that I’d found them at least ten years earlier!
I can’t recommend this dental practice enough. I’ve had a few dental problems over the years, largely through my own fault, and the team has been incredibly supportive and understanding throughout. They have always gone above and beyond to help me, making sure I received the care and advice I needed every step of the way.
Every member of the team is friendly, welcoming, and professional. No matter how busy they are, they always have a smile on their face and make you feel valued and comfortable. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in providing outstanding service.

Had my first appointment today (havent been to a dentist in YEARS, very nervous when it comes to dental work). Had a appointment with Ash, she was lovely and caring which put me at ease. Very grateful to find a dentist with competitive prices and appointments to fit me!

Dr. Swati provided a positive experience during my consultation, especially since I am a very nervous patient at dentists. She kept me informed about every step of what she was doing and offered choice for my treatment. Overall I feel comfortable to go back to her and the clinic.
I am lucky to have such a good dentist just a few minutes walk away. From a friendly receptionist Claire, who welcomes you with a smile. My dentist is Ash. I am a bit of a nervous patient, but Ash will always go at a pace that suits me. Recently I have been looked after by Neha who did a root canal for me. She was also very patient with me. Nobody looks forward to going to the dentist, but at least you know you will be looked after well. I would definitely recommend Charlton Dental patchway.
I have experienced such a caring and empathetic team full of kind hearted professionals that go out of their way to adapt to your needs, explain each treatment option fully and carry out the dental work in a calming and reassuring way. Every team member that I have encountered is incredibly good at working with anxious patients and those who might not “fit the box” when it comes to coping with having dental work done. I was struggling to find a NHS dentist to do the work that I needed. When looking into private dentists, Charlton Road dentist was by far the most responsible priced! After speaking with Claire the receptionist, I felt assured and comfortable with joining this practice..
Dr Ash saw me immediately and got to work straight away. She made me feel at ease and was very considerate. And was able to get the job done, with the understanding that I could set up a payment plan to pay for the rest of the work. This has been really helpful for within my budget, and I'm happy to continue to be an ongoing patient! Dr Ash and Claire were so lovely and understanding. Great at what they do.. Thank you!
Have attended this dental practice several times over the past few years,each time greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist. Ash the dentist is excellent at putting you at ease and explaining what is to be done during the consultation. Very understanding,especially if nervous! Would recommend.
