Nothing separates Broadway Dental Care from its neighbours on rating. It is at 4.8; the 424 Dental Clinic listings in England average 4.8. It is less documented than most, though — 466 reviews, where the local average is 685. A rating on fewer visits is a less settled one.

I had an excellent experience at the dentist and cannot recommend them highly enough.
Satin and Sak were both extremely professional, friendly, and reassuring throughout my visit. They made me feel comfortable from start to finish, explained everything clearly, and provided a really high standard of care.
I had such a lovely experience with Sakinah. She is incredibly kind, informative, and really takes the time to listen to your concerns. I never feel rushed, and she explains everything clearly, which makes the whole process so much easier to understand.
She guides you through your treatment with genuine care, and I always feel completely comfortable in her hands. Every time I leave, I feel reassured and confident that all my needs have been met. I couldn’t recommend her enough!
Yesterday I attended this clinic with my son following an emergency referral via NHS 111. The dentist we saw was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and experienced.
She made the situation much more manageable by explaining everything clearly to both of us. She took her time, sought a colleague’s second opinion regarding my son’s tooth anatomy, and even took photographs so we could follow this up with our regular dentist. She identified something that had never been picked up before.
You could clearly see that she is a compassionate professional who genuinely cares about her patients.
We are truly grateful for the care we received and highly recommend this clinic.
The best dental practice ever! Hardick is the best dentist I’ve ever used. He is gentle and professional. I never feel any pain and sedation is wonderful
For nervous patients. Highly recommend.
This was my second time seeing Dr Sangeeta. I have a fear of needles and she was very gentle and reassuring. She explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable.
I would highly recommend her.
I have never come across With a dentist Surgery like this instead of making things better for me I have not seen no difference with the treatment that I have had for a temporary feeling. I still got a hell of a lot of pain. I did give them a call to tell them that actual fill is giving me pain still and they told me to give 111 a call to rearrange from another practice instead of them rectify the problem that they have caused me and now I’m suffering in a lot of pain. I will never recommend this place because all thereafter is money. That’s all they care. That is the reason why I’m giving one star.
What a splendid experience!
Last night I got hit by a sudden atrocious pain, and this was the only clinic nearby with next morning availability —h8:30.
Receptionists were affable and polite, and for my awful history with doctors in general, dr. Patel was a pleasure: young but knowledgeable with a familiar and patient tone, throughout, took his time and gave mine as well to gather my thoughts as I was rather anxious.
Visit was short —15-20’.
Emergency visit £45 + X-rays £12 —average-cheap.
Unfortunately on this occasion, I found the dentist condescending, patronising and felt, rather belittled.
Equally, somewhat curt unnecessarily.
There were critical comments made as to another dentist which had provided treatment at the practice, a month previously.
Although allocated a 20 minute slot and
mentioned thought there maybe food debris beneath the gum line surrounding a tooth, and the same felt 'agitated' also minor swelling, there was only a visual inspection and no examination under the gum line.
I was informed another appointment should be arranged, which is a week later. This has meant experiencing discomfort, for another week.
The explanation was that the appointment was regarded as urgent and related to a filling. However, the dentist stated the original filling remained intact, but rather the surface had come away. This meant I was only with her for 5 minutes or, so.
It is to be noted that I paid for ' re-surface' treatment separately, just over a month ago when a previous dentist advised of the same issue.
With absolute candor, I left with the feeling there was more interest in doubling up on appointments and consequent charges.
