I took my daughter to get her traditional metal braces fitted today, and Leanne & Tinny were absolutely incredible! Watching Leanne’s work was like watching an artist create a masterpiece. Her professional skill, focus, and amazing hand coordination turned what could have been a scary appointment into a completely reassuring experience. They were both very friendly and explained every single step directly to my daughter in a way that completely put her at ease.
I cannot thank the team enough for the outstanding care and treatment my daughter has received over the past 3 years. From the very beginning, every member of staff has been so kind, welcoming, helpful, and considerate, making every appointment a positive experience.
A special thank you to Carol and Tilli, who have been absolutely amazing throughout my daughter’s orthodontic journey. Their professionalism, patience, kindness, and genuine care made such a difference, and they always took the time to clearly explain every stage of the treatment in a reassuring and easy-to-understand way.
The orthodontic treatment itself has been exceptional, and the results have truly exceeded all expectations. I always felt my daughter was in the very best hands, and we are so grateful for the wonderful support and care received over the years. My daughter Isobel has been going to Bright Orthodontists in Hunts Cross for the last 15 months. Her orthodontist was Leanne and her treatment was overseen by Puthri. I can’t praise them enough. Leanne and Puthri were lovely and Isobel was always welcomed warmly by them and all the team. She has had top and bottom braces and had them removed yesterday. Her teeth are amazing and perfectly straight and she hasn’t stopped smiling lol. I can’t recommend Bright Orthodontists enough and feel so lucky Isobel got referred there. Really smooth process for my daughter to have her consultations and get her braces fitted. Ongoing treatment is always exceptional from Leanne and Abi. Thought it was going to be a lot more trouble for my daughter but she is always made to feel comfortable and welcome which makes a big difference for her.
