I travel all the way from Hull to Leeds for my treatments because of the glowing reviews I had read online, and so far, they have absolutely lived up to them. At my last session, I experienced significant delays with my train and arrived later than planned. I called ahead to let the clinic know, and I was advised that they might not be able to complete the full treatment as I was the last client of the day and the clinic closes at 6pm. Despite this, I was greeted with a warm welcome when I arrived. Shanice explained the situation clearly and professionally, but she could also see how disappointed I was after making the journey from Hull. She went above and beyond to accommodate me, working efficiently and doing everything she could to complete the session.
