"I had a wonderful experience at Abbey Dental! The service was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The staff made me feel comfortable, and the care I received was top-notch.
I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a professional and welcoming dentist.
Kashif Saeed and his team were so good to me, the dentist has alway been a worrying thought, however, I was made to feel at ease at all times.
Will be advising others to join Abbey Dental!

So I registered here as a private patient. Booked my initial appointment and on that day I had my period. As I arrived I asked the receptionist for the toilet clearly explaining to her that I needed to change my tampons. She looked at me and said the toilets are out of order. From where I was I could see the toilet and someone came out of it. I told her that no I am bleeding a lot and need to change and her reply was ‘ you can change when you leave her’z told her that I will mess the dentist chair and it is embarrassing and she literally said that my problem. The tone and attitude! Let me remind that changing the tampon only requires a room’. I went to the dentist, had my teeth looked at and on the way out, I went to the toilet which were not out of order (it was another) and changed. On the way out I spoke to her colleague who was kind and said I wanted to make a formal complaint. She was sat next to her and she said ‘she can complain if she wants I don’t care’. I said ok, let me have you name and she gave me her name in a piece of paper. If you are getting the public to pay 100 or even thousands of pounds the least you can do is have a warm reception. The dentist himself was kind and explained to me the possibilities with my tooth. I was referred to Longwood in Ilford. The ladies at the reception there are the most welcoming people. It is more expensive but I am moving my checks up and everything there. Seeing the dentist is already intimidating I don’t need the receptionist to my the experience even worse.
I've had a great experience with this practice. Everyone is friendly and professional. I'm really happy with my dentist and the care I've received. Highly recommend!
Never had an issue here, Janika who is my regular dentist is always so friendly and gives great service. Today, I visited the hygienist and was met with Ash (Afshan) who was brand new to me and was so lovely, quick & pain free! she gave so much great advice and was incredibly welcoming. Will definitely see her in the future!
Ash the hygienist was amazing she put me at ease and make me feel the most relaxed I have been at a dentist in ages. She used the manual way to clear my teeth and it was the best clean I have had. I would recommend Ash as she is very caring and compassionate.
Felt a little like they were trying to fleece me.
- I asked if cost of filling as private patient was same as NHS and was told it was (it's not)
- the dental check was the fastest I've ever had...all done in 5 mins. Didn't seem v thorough
Flipside is they are very efficient and well run...no wait times etc.
Ash was amazing super friendly and welcoming from the start. She walked me through each step of the appointment so I always knew what was happening, and she shared really helpful tips for keeping my teeth clean. Overall, I'm really happy with the experience and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend Ash!
Been going to Abbey dental for years. Always great service. Dr Stephen is always nice and informative, and also Sonia the dental nurse is lovely. Love the renovation to the office, looks great!
