Poor service. Left waiting several hours for my prescription request to be rejected without a clear explanation. When questioned they still did not elaborate as to why they wouldn’t release the prescription, but said they’d refund me within 10 working days. Not good enough. Went straight onto smart scripts and my pharmacy was sent the prescription within 20 minutes

A scam. I woke up with a painful ear ( was due for a follow up with my GP this Friday but was scared to wait) and booked with them to ask for guidance more than anything. They contacted me immediately that they not treat ear related problems (which is fair enough as it’s stated in the questionnaire however I missed it, a honest mistake) and that they will not refund me €49 eur for this! Cannot believe that anyone would be this shameless. Naturally it was my mistake that I didn’t read properly, but does 24 hour cancellation notice really apply If they cancel my appointment within 5 minutes of booking? Obviously a shameful money grab, they have no intention to help you.

what amazing service. we were on holiday and needed a prescription for my daughter. I waited 1 hour from booking to getting a video consultation. The doctor was able to diagnose the problem and get a prescription to the pharmacy near where I was staying. this is a great service for anyone that needs basic medical care while on holiday or if you cant see a GP. The was a very reasonable €39.00 plus prescription cost, which while on holiday is a steal
