Exceptional level of service. Required a minor incision and drainage of a blocked gland that I was referred to by my GP to attend A&E in two of irelands top Hospitals. Turns out in one hospital I wasn’t part of their catchment and the other said they couldn’t help me in anyway and it would be weeks until I could seen in this emergency matter. I called Vista and were able to assist me in the right direction on the same day and ended up getting the incision and drainage in no time. Dr. Magdy was very patient and made the process feel like a breeze and of course, Kay working in administration made this experience less stressful and was amazing to deal with. Extremely friendly staff and really nice facility. Would highly recommend!
I went in as an emergency patient, I sent an email in the evening and I got a call at 8:05am to come in for 10:30am and I was blown away with how helpful and compassionate Kay and her team were at reception. I've never experienced such kindness in a waiting room, there was genuine concern by Kay and her colleagues. They made me feel very at ease and comfortable while I waited.
I was seen by Dr. Muhammad pretty quickly, and he we very friendly, polite and an expert in his field.
I'd highly recommend this place to anyone with eye issues or even eye emergencies. It was an easy process from start to finish.

The reception staff were very accommodating and fitted me in between patients, when arriving reception staff were very friendly, my appointment was with Louise she was amazing all round and made my anxiety feel at ease, I was back again today and was looked after by another lady I cannot remember her name, she was very friendly and also did a great job,
My only issue was with Dr, Kevin Tempany
On my first visit he made a brief appearance to quickly look over Louise’s work, there was no greeting or any kind of conversation even when I asked a question,
On my second visit he was like “did we not talk to you the other day” in a very rude and condescending tone. Yes you did but obviously what you told me to do wasn’t working, and had to pay 80 euro for the privilege.
I understand that he may be a busy man and have “more important matters” but it’s important to me as anyone’s health is
Edited to add: My visit today was fantastic was greeted at reception and made feel comfortable, today I was seen by Dr M Nasralla, he was amazing explained everything and was very thorough. very happy with my experience today. Thank you
Excellent service, after spending a sleepless night and 7+hrs in Naas Hospital A+E recently with a foreign body in my eye came to this clinic as an emergency case where I was checked in by receptionist Kate who immediately fitted me in with Dr Desi Andreeva who looked after the problem with such professional skill and compassion, I couldn't praise the very courteous and efficient staff enough I would highly recommend this clinic
My sincere thanks to Dr. Desi and the team at Vista Eye Clinic for their wonderful attention and kindness. The level of care I receive is always outstanding. Thank you all!
10/10 service cannot recommend this clinic enough the staff and Dr Kevin Tempany are so amazing, I visited the Naas office today for a eye cyst removal consultation, my son was with me (12 months old) and wasn’t himself today however the whole office were very helpful and understanding Dr Tempany was able to remove the cyst right away instead of having me come back another time as I mentioned I’m getting married in 2 weeks time, during the procedure a member of the team actually took my son for me and kept him entertained and everything honestly such a great clinic, went above and beyond for me you don’t get a lot of clinics that would be as helpful, appreciate everyone’s help today
