A rarely excellent experience from start to end in a hospital. Every staff member is extremely friendly and supportive. My child had a dental surgery that went very well. All questions answered and no time wasted. The TV in the room was bit annoying with no remote control and no button to lower its volume and the car parking is slightly overpriced. Otherwise, it's an excellent, family friendly hospital.

Arrived in today for and endoscopy and colonoscopy. From the guy on the reception to the lovely lady at the end who had the most important job (tea and toast), everyone was exceptional. Understaffed by two calling in sick today and the nurses didn't let it show they got on like it was a normal day. While you could see there was a little pressure in they air they treated every patient with the kindness and care that you'd expect from a private institution. Well done all. Alan Donovan

Attended the hospital for a colonoscopy on Fri.21 /11 /2025. Lovely friendly nurses without exception. Very efficient to boot. The hospital was also spotlessly clean. I had tea & toast after my procedure and it couldn't have been better. The only downside was the surgeon , Mr.Asaf ? who was not very personable which in turn put one ill at ease. As I attended the surgery area with a certain amount of trepidation,I was greeted by two very friendly nurses. However, Mr. Asaf kept his back to me and didn't even introduce himself which would have been reassuring. I didn't even know if he was the person conducting the procedure !! Attended this hospital today as my daughter had an appointment for her teeth to be removed, from start to finish this hospital was amazing. Every single member of staff we met along the way was so kind & helpful. An amazing nurse named David sat beside my daughter and explained the procedure really calming her nerves, another member of staff a housecare assistant named Ann heard my daughter getting a bit upset and anxious so Ann went and got my daughter crayons and colouring pages. Really amazing hospital & staff. Thank you all so much!

My daughter got a tooth removed by Dr Edward Cotter, himself and all the nurses and staff are fantastic the way he spoke to my daughter in such a child friendly way was brilliant.
