Even though my laser gets a little sorer as it is turned up each round i really dont mind having to come back each time as the service is great, the treatment is really working and the staff are amazing! I really couldnt recommend Robyn C enough!! She has done most of my laser appointments and most of the time i am looking forward to catching up with her! 10/10 customer service

I just want to absolutely commend Robyn in particular but before I do I have to say from consultation to questions to phoning me off their own back (even as they were closing!!) to let me know of offers because I had discussed pricing with them and how I would have to do a payment plan.. the entire team is absolutely amazing. I just had my first laser session this week with Robyn and I was so nervous but she made me feel so at ease. She absolutely took the fear out of the whole situation and made me so comfortable. She explained everything thoroughly and even explained as she was working away which eased my anxiety. She was lovely and polite but also very chatty and human in the absolute BEST way possible. I felt like I was talking to a friend. She explained all of my post treatment care really well and I felt so confident leaving my appointment. I can't recommend her or the Waterford clinic enough. I genuinely struggle so bad with body image issues especially with medical conditions and she recognised them and allowed me to do what made me feel comfortable to ensure the treatment went well and that I was also entirely safe and comfortable throughout. We talked in detail about PCOS and she was incredibly knowledgable about it. It made me feel so at ease knowing that she understood why I was there and why laser treatment was needed. I can't wait for my next appointment because I know it will go well. It's rare to be able to bear all in front of a complete stranger and feel at ease but it is definitely a fantastic quality that Robyn has. If you're nervous about laser treatment I would definitely advise you to book the free consultation and discuss with one of the girls. It took me a year to get the courage to do it, and now that I've done it I wonder why I was scared for so long. It was honestly painless and I have the pain threshold of a child. 100 out of 10!!!
