The five stars are for a dentist service done by Dr. Gayatri Madhukumar. She is absolutely amazing person and brilliant doctor. And let's not forget about the nurses working with her, so lovely. My son is on spectrum and I was very stressed prior to our first appointment, and so was he. The doctor and nurse were very kind and understanding. They both explained him step by step what's going to happen and gave him the time needed to process everything. We had already two visits done, on one of which was tooth filling done, and that includes getting a shot, and I was amazed by the way the doctor and nurse has handled everything. My son was one happy patient and will happily return for our next appointment. Dr Gayatri Madhukumar thank you so much for being such amazing doctor and big thank you to all the nurses working with you.

The doctor's in this centre are phenomenal, it's also a very welcoming environment and that's because of the receptionists that are working there Helen is a receptionist there and she gose out of her was to help everyone,and so dose the other girls on reception. Catherine helped me with a form I needed done what other doctors surgery would help you with something like that. Dr Bride is my doctor and I can honestly say she changed my life for the better. Dr Darragh is a brilliant doctor also I had him when Dr Bride was on maternity leave and I was very comfortable with him he's an exstrimely competent doctor. Annemarie is the nurse I see and she is an amazing friendly and makes you feel exstrimely comfortable in her presence. Nearly 3 thousand people will be left without a doctor. I myself have asthma and every 6 months I get checked to make sure everything is ok with me I've never had this anywhere else.I truly hope this doctors surgery isn't taken away from the Dublin North inner city community, Because that would be a very sad day. P.S. As I've been reviewing these comments I've noticed some people are commenting here but it's the wrong department that they're talking about this is Summer hill primary care centre. Not Dental department or Mental health department these are are in the same building but completely different departments. I hope this clears up any confusion. Ciara Gavin

As a student studying English here, I visited the centre for the first time and was told I needed a medicine card. Since this was my first time seeing a doctor in Ireland, I did not have a medicine card, nor was I aware that I needed one. Brilliant doctors and nurses, the most thorough healthcare i've experienced and Helen on the desk is always so warm and goes above and beyond to accommodate everyone. The staff and care is amazing which is hard to come by in an overstretched healthcare system so had to give them credit!

The management system of the mental health services is a bit disorganized, they got the time and date messed up and blame it on me a couple times. Everytime I tried to explain I was given a different date and time I got accused of lying, so that defo made my mental health gone worse and suicidal as time goes. they were aware I was suicidal and planned to die in a few days but still brought me into a private room just to give out and accuse me of lying. When reported to the manager, she said she cannot tell others what to say. It was simply a traumatic experience and made me lose faith in mental health system a bit. I felt disrespected and not listened to over half of the time. It’s depressing overall, I’m only going there for psychiatrist meds renewal now. I mean the psychiatrist and psychologist teams are grand but just not for the mental health nursing team and whoever that managed date and time. I lost count of how many times I cried and felt more suicidal after those appointments. Also got called overreacting once when I had a breakdown, is that a rightful thing to say to a person with depression and suicidal ideation?😂 I’m complaining now cos I no longer suffer from depression anymore, which also made me realize whatever I went through was just not ok.

The worst GP experience I have ever had. Unprofessional (watched a game of cricket on his phone while examining my son). Waited 2 weeks for a call back for an appointment, we are still waiting for results (over 2 weeks now) and trying to reach them daily, no luck.
