I had a fantastic experience at this medical centre. It’s one of the best I’ve ever been to. Dr. Coughlan was incredibly kind, patient, and really took the time to listen to all of my concerns without making me feel rushed. All of the nurses were amazing as well professional, caring, and so supportive throughout my visit. The whole team made me feel comfortable and well looked after. I highly recommend this medical centre to anyone looking for compassionate and excellent care.
I’ve attended this surgery a number of times and have always had a very positive experience. Most recently I saw Dr Stephanie Doyle, and previously Dr Christine Campbell, and both have been incredibly kind, knowledgeable, professional, and attentive.
The reception team also deserve credit - they are always friendly, helpful, and efficient, and it has always been easy to get an appointment, which makes a real difference. Overall, a very well-run and caring practice that I would highly recommend.
I’ve been living in Ireland for years, and only recently felt the urge to seek proper medical advice about my health. I’m glad I finally found a GP who I trust will truly take care of me. I was very satisfied with my first visit last month.
Dr. Orla was very caring and helpful. She is highly professional, and I can tell she is very experienced and knowledgeable about my current condition. I admit that I haven’t taken good care of my health over the past few years, but I genuinely felt her concern. I especially appreciated when she said “WE have to take care of yourself” because it showed that I’m not alone and she is there to support me.
The staff were also very friendly, especially Paul. The clinic is in a perfect, convenient location in Dublin. I waited about 30 minutes for my turn, but I understand that each consultation takes a different amount of time. This did not take away from the excellent service I experienced during my first visit.

My doctor is Emer Nicholson and I am so happy that she is. Emer is thorough in every way when responding to her patients needs. It’s truly evident in Emer’s approach that a duty of care to whoever is sitting in front of her is of utmost importance.

I had an issue over payment on the surgery and a mix up in appointment. I eventually got through to a receptionist called Joan who was so helpful. It is difficult in any business these days to find exceptional customer service and Joan did that she went over and above to solve the issue for me which she did professionally and efficiently. The surgery are lucky to have her!
