I gave this score because overall I had a good experience, especially with the customer service and support. At first, I noticed some issues with my new glasses and felt a bit unsure, but the team was helpful and willing to assist me. They took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure everything was checked properly. In the end, the situation was resolved, and I now feel much more comfortable with my glasses. I appreciate the attention and professionalism throughout the process. Overall, I am satisfied with the outcome and the way everything was handled.
My ears had been blocked for weeks as a result of me pushing my airpods too far into my ears and trapping the ear wax inside. In conversations I had to keep asking people to repeat themselves, I had to watch television with the sound up and the subtitles on, I couldn't hear anyone approaching me, everything was muffled, like being underwater. This was especially uncomfortable at work as I work in customer service.
After the first visit to Anthony the audiologist there was a small improvement in my hearing, which honestly meant a lot considering how bad my hearing had been before, but as the wax build up was so bad I had to return the following week for a second visit.
Anthony really made the experience as comfortable as possible. He showed me inside my ears before the procedure had begun and told me that, if for any reason I felt uncomfortable during the ear wax removal, I could let him know simply by raising my right hand and he would stop, so I was really put at ease.
Now I can hear perfectly again and it feels as though a huge weight has been lifted from me. I really cannot thank him enough. I would highly recommend visiting SpecSavers on Cruises Street to anyone for their hear care. I couldn't be happier with my experience.
The staff were friendly and professional throughout the appointment and explained the eye test results clearly. I appreciated that they took the time to recheck my eyes when I mentioned my concerns and recommended eye drops instead of pushing unnecessary glasses. The overall experience felt welcoming and comfortable, and the testing process was smooth and well organised.

Each staff member I dealt with was extremely helpful, kind and patient. I have not had an eye test in years and was worried about my left eye, with an unexpected outcome. The staff were very helpful and explained everything in a simple, understandable manner. The waiting time was fine also. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit at Specsavers Limerick and felt understood.
