I had an excellent experience at Specsavers Blanchardstown. The entire process was smooth and well-organised, from booking the appointment to the final consultation. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. A special mention to Zahra Alamgir, the optometrist, who was very thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She made the whole experience very comfortable and reassuring. Overall, the level of customer care and attention to detail was outstanding. I was very impressed and would highly recommend Specsavers Blanchardstown to friends and family.
Very efficient and informatve. The whole process was so smooth. They had availability then and there which was amazing. The whole team were extremely nice and patient in helping me pick the glasses and informing me on the add ons I could add if I wanted to and the breakdown of the price. They had a buy 1 get 1 free promotion for the glasses too which was amazing. Everyone was professional and extremely nice 10/10 experience.
Guy, from the staff we dealt with was extremely helpful. He was very patient with my daughter who found difficult to pick the right pair of new glasses and very knowledgeable. We dealt with kind Andrew too and generally the staff is so kind and helpful. There is also a wide range of glasses to choose from with affordable prices and the offer 2 for 1 is really good.
We (myself and my mother) had a lovely experience at the store. We dealt with Sergiu and he has wonderful customer service. We actually had great craic with him and he was able to accomodate us both with appointments within an hour of us showing up at the store. I then went for my eye checks with a lovely man, Aidan, and he adjusted my rx as required. He was very helpful and I honestly got the best service I've had compared to a previous opticians I've attended over the last 10 years. The staff I dealt with were individually

I’ve used specsavers for many years now I’ve always found specsavers great value for money and love that you get a second pair of glasses as I always manage to break or loose mine.
My recent trip was different , specsavers have really put a lot of thought into the customer experience and chose the right people for the job. Staff were very helpful and friendly but not overly salesly and intrusive.
I got an eye test for new glasses , the wait time for so quick and the test itself was so fast. I usually hate this part of the process but it was very quick this time and simple.
The staff were very helpful in supporting me to choose a frame type I asked for and not pushy with trying to get you to buy the add ons. Very honest and friendly staff.
When I collected my glasses I didn’t have to wait, the staff were very friendly and ensured I was happy with my new glasses before I left.
This was my first time getting an eye test as I've never worn glasses before, and from start to finish, I felt so comfortable and looked after. I really appreciate jamie who helped me pick out glasses. He has the patience of a saint, as im very indecisive, and i didnt have anyone with me, so he offered his help. He knew alot answered any question i had. Jamie had mentioned sunglasses, which I had not considered. I'm very grateful he did because they have been a game-changer for my driving. overall
Everyone was pleasant and made my daughter (age 15) extremely comfortable with the whole process. Staff explained the whole process. Only complaint I would have is that the thinning of glasses price should be more displayed so there is no shock when it comes to the final amount
Staff were so pleasant and welcoming from the beginning to the end. Ie: booking appointment, reception, having the tests, choosing the glasses and then finally when collecting my glasses were all very professional, helpful and Nice..
