BEWARE! I don’t even want to give one star to this pathetic pharmacy as we were given out the wrong medicine! My boyfriend went to collect my meds and asked for a prescription under my name and instead a staff member “PJ” gave him a medicine that sounds like my name (I have no idea how stupid does one have to be working at a pharmacy to not understand and somehow mishear this) We went back after I checked with my doctor and he confirmed the meds were incorrect. We asked at the counter and the same “PJ” fella instead of apologising or listening to us started saying “stop, no argument” and didn’t even acknowledge his mistake. There was another staff member who instead of correcting and apologising on his behalf started explaining the situation to us. AGAIN BESIDE THE POINT. There was no offer to refund the prev bill paid for the wrong meds. Im absolutely disgusted by this place and I will be suing them. And the owner “Raj” if you happen to read this - please do reach out to me or I’ll see you at the court.

Love this pharmacy but the new opening times are awful. I work until 7pm in the evenings and missed my prescription 2weeks ago when I ordered it on my break and went around to collect it at 8pm to see the shutters closed? Therefore, I missed a day of my meds. Went around the next day to complain and there was brand new staff and they were all so rude compared to the regulars and didn't want to know my missed day concern. It used to open until 10pm every night which was so convenient. (That's why it was called late night in the window) Then they changed it a couple of weeks ago to 9pm which I missed getting medicine that night, but an hour is fine. But then 2 weeks ago they now close at 7pm? I understand closing an hour early but 3hrs difference is really going to affect your business. Changing hours so rapidly like that you are going to loose your valued customers that come for the sake of late serving and convenience. Not good enough.

I've used this pharmacy a few times mainly due to the fact they're cheaper than others however I no longer will after encountering a very rude, disrespectful member of staff on 04.10.24. It's the second time I've encountered him he has absolutely NO manners. No please no thank you in response to mine. I'll stick to pharmacy staff with manners. One star.
