I cannot recommend this place enough. From when you walk in the door you are welcomed warmly and you can tell how much customer experience means to not only Claire (the owner) to all the people working there. All the ladies are amazing but I need to especially mention Katie, Hilary and Olivia who always give such amazing treatments and make you feel so welcome. I really love River Holistic – the space is beautiful, and the massage therapists are fantastic. However, unfortunately this is now the third time my appointment has been mixed up or not actually booked despite my confirmation. It’s incredibly frustrating because I have to plan my entire day around these appointments, arrange childcare for my baby, and then find out last minute that my slot isn’t there. I wish the booking system were more reliable because the treatments themselves are wonderful, but the constant mix-ups make it very hard to trust scheduling here.

I had been suffering with pain in my shoulder for 5 weeks and little sleep as a result. I booked a holistic massage last Friday. Hayley was the therapist. She said to give it 3 days. While I was tender afterwards I had the best sleep that night. And now the pain is completely gone. I don't know what was wrong with me but I highly recommend this centre.
