I am Me

I took my daughter there this afternoon to surprise her with a 'Princess manicure' for her 11th birthday. While I had a 'mini manicure' myself, I enjoyed the experience. The staff who did mine was fantastic and friendly. However, my daughter's experience was quite different. Her nail polish was applied so messily that it looked like a child had just slapped it on for fun. At first, we tried to appreciate the effort, but it was clear the results weren’t what we hoped for. Eventually, we decided to have her nail polish removed. She didn't want a new one; perhaps she was already overwhelmed by disappointment. The staff who assisted us with the nail polish removal were very kind. The manager also assisted us professionally. Honestly, I felt a bit guilty myself, as I had envisioned this day as 'her day' to remember. Overall, I still recommend their service, as they will surely take action if something didn't go as planned.

OMG, what a special experience. Far, far superior to other salons I have been to before. Loved the chill vibe and my therapist was so fabulous. Highly recommend and cannot wait to go back.

Ruined my daughter's birthday over 5 minutes I have been a loyal customer of MudPie for years — they did my pre-wedding treatments and skincare and I always recommended them without hesitation. That loyalty means nothing to them, clearly. My daughter arrived for her tanning appointment just 5 minutes late for her birthday prep and was flatly refused. No flexibility, no offer of a reduced treatment, nothing. Just turned away at the door like she didn't matter. For a salon that markets itself as a premium, award-winning experience, the lack of basic human decency was shocking. Birthdays don't wait, and thanks to MudPie, neither did the disappointment. I have just returned from abroad and this was meant to be a special occasion. Instead it was a horrible experience that left my daughter upset on her birthday. We won't be returning, and after years of business and referrals, that genuinely saddens me. Sarah, you should know what's happening in your salon. In response to the below I was standing in your salon at 18.56. 6 minutes late. I was in no way abusive, I was frustrated with my treatment and the lack of response from your staff with zero accomodations - I was disgusted. I have added phone evidence below you can see the missed call at 18.54 - I then arrived in the salon within one minute of this and had our exchange - I left and while walking called Pink & Edvard to see if they could accommodate us. That was at 19.00. It is absolutely impossible for me to have arrived at 19.02 to your salon and for your staffs version of events to be correct. So as I mentioned I was no more then 6 minutes late. This response is a terrible representation of your brand.

I got an Indian massage at the mudpie. It was calming but not really an Indian massage. The oils used were cold and the pressure applied was too light, both that are not typical to an Indian massage. Besides the massage mainly focused on the front crown of the head upto the back of the ears, not the entire head and only the tops of the shoulders not to the shoulder blades. I would say it is a bit relaxing but not therapeutic. I didnt feel calm and relaxed after it. Normally an Indian massage is with warm oils and deep pressure.

I got a mini manicure and a mini pedicure today and I delighted with the result of both. The girl (don’t know her name) was very nice and I am very happy with how I was treated .. I will be back!👏

Had a lovely relaxing hot stone massage from masseuse named Paris who was great. Really enjoyed the experience having never had this before - so relaxing and will be back again. Highly recommend this massage from Paris 😀😀

I have had a full body massage and lymphatic drainage massage with Peris and both have been absolutely amazing! She is brilliant at what she does and I’ll 100% be back for more!

The best massage I've ever had. Peris is a brilliant masseuse, I was so relaxed and comfortable. Didn't want it to end! Will be back very soon.
