Just started a treatment here and will update as I do them. I'm doing a 9 session bundle of laser hair removal for men.
Treatment 1 : Paula is super friendly, made me quite comfortable. Seemed like she knew her stuff and was able to answer questions I had.
I’ve been going to Move More Clinic in Dublin and I’m very happy with my experience. I’m currently doing PRP treatment there and I’ve also tried other treatments before — the team is always professional, qualified, and very welcoming. The clinic is organized and the overall service is excellent.
I’m doing my PRP sessions with Ana, who is absolutely lovely and makes the whole process very comfortable.
PRP has been one of the only treatments that truly made a difference for my hair growth. I have very fine hair and I do it mainly as prevention, but I’ve definitely noticed stronger and fuller growth.
They also offer great promotions and package deals throughout the year, which makes it even more worthwhile.
Highly recommend!
I’ve had a few lymphatic drainage massages with Paula, and she’s absolutely amazing. I always look forward to each session, and I can really see the results. She makes me feel completely comfortable every time. I would definitely recommend Paula and the clinic!

I’m currently doing shockwave treatments at MovMore Clinic with Leonardo and I’m very happy with the experience.
He is highly professional, attentive, and it’s clear he truly loves his work. The treatments are comfortable, well-explained, and effective.
I highly recommend both Leonardo and the clinic!
I personally went in looking for cryotherapy and was recommended HIFU or lipocavitation. I was offered a package which was good price for the lipocavitation but a lot of sessions and the deal was only if I purchase now - and I ended up purchasing it. On my second or third appointment I was told I should get the cryotherapy. I was frustrated that it became an option after I had already purchased a course - since that was what I’d wanted initially and been told not to go for it. I asked if I could pay for the two sessions I’d gotten in full and get the balance transferred to a new course for cryotherapy and they said they can’t do that. I never finished the course as travelling in to town constantly was taxing and I just didn’t have time. It feels a bit like a waste of money now.
Taking care of your body is part of the journey. 🥋
As an athlete, recovery and injury prevention are just as important as training hard on the mats. That’s why I trust Movmore and my physiotherapist Leo, who takes care of my body and also helps many athletes from the JSBJJ team.
Leo has been doing an amazing job helping us stay healthy, recover faster, and perform at our best. Whether it’s treatment, mobility work, or prevention, his work makes a big difference in our routine.
If you train hard, you need to take care of your body the right way.
Thank you Leo and the Movmore team for looking after us.
OSS! 🥋
Paula was great and excellent and smooth hands. Will definitely be back and definitely will be telling people about the place.
Everything nice,clean and very organised.
Thank you
Three months ago, I underwent laser tattoo removal on my hand (and also on my arm, but I only had issues with the hand). Most likely, the professional used a laser power that was too high for the first session, which resulted in scarring/fibrosis along the outline of the tattoo, where there is more pigment.
I have removed other tattoos in different parts of my body before, including on the hand, and I have never had this type of problem.
I went in to fix one problem and ended up with an even bigger one.
The professional did not inform me about the laser power that would be used, nor the type of laser. I trusted the clinic because it was recommended, but apparently for other procedures, and it does not seem to be a reference in laser tattoo removal.
Today, I have a much worse issue than just a tattoo I don’t like. I now have a structural problem in my hand: subtle fibrosis that is very noticeable under direct light and glare.
I will need additional treatments such as microneedling, YAG laser, CO₂ laser, or who knows what else to try to correct this, and even then, it will never return to how it was before.
In short, my experience was terrible, and I do not recommend it if you want to remove a tattoo.
