I’ve been attending this clinic more than 25 years ( roughly) . I briefly switched in 2013 as it became too far for me but I went back to Mountjoy family practise because things were not the same. I just couldn’t get used to the new place even though they were lovely so I was willing to trek for over an hour on the bus and I was so happy to be back to my comfort zone.
The care, support, kindness and respect I’ve received personally from all staff is what has kept me here for so long. Thankfully I’m healthy enough not to have spent much time going in and out of the GP but the times I’ve been there, I don’t have anything negative to say. The receptionists to me are always so pleasant and kind (even on the phone when you’re trying to make an appointment) sometimes they may sense the urgency in your voice and they always tried their best to accommodate. Now Ofcourse and yes there was maybe one or two over the 20 years I’ve gone that were not on the friendly side but hey, it didn’t outlook the other lovely staff. Dr Killenn is so pleasant and caring and he was my very first GP and took care of myself and daughter and was always super supportive. Eventually I started seeing Dr,Porter for a while, a true gentle doctor, she listens, she advices so well and I found her so caring. I’ve seen Dr Roebok maybe once or twice who made me feel welcome and comfortable, he’s so friendly.
Dr Carollan is also so patient, caring and so kind, it’s been lovely dealing with her lately.
This clinic has grown so much in the last 25 years and has evolved so well and happy to be part of it.
I’m super grateful to be part of a clinic that makes me feel safe, supported and a genuine care for mine and family’s wellbeing. You’ve shown so much compassion 💙
I’m going to this practice all my life actually Dr Killeen brought me and all my friends members in to the world back there you were born at home thank god🙏 I love all the doctors especially Dr Porter who has helped me for years she is so understanding and attentive .
Where do I begin with the Receptionist they are all amazing and kind thank you all for your support over the years.

We have been attending this practice for many years and never encountered any problems.
Excellent Service rang today and heard Doctor Killeen has retired he was so good to me for his care and compassion .hope he has a excellent retirement will be sadly missed felt so sad today when I heard the news he helped me so much .
The doctors and staff here are great. I’ve dealt with both Dr. Foley and Dr. Porter and was super impressed with the level of care I received. Both were very compassionate and knew their stuff inside out particularly with regard to women’s health. Never had any issues booking in for appointments.
First time experience here was pretty bad. Reception were amazing and very nice but my appointment was for 9 and didn't get seen for 2 hours with multiple people arriving after me going in ahead of me. When the doctor Holly Porter came out I politely asked if she has me on a list in case there was a mistake to see how long I'd be waiting. She ignored me and when I asked again she closed the door further ignoring me. I do not recommend this place and will find somewhere else in the future.
In a word horrible experience.Visited twice with my baby and both times felt very rushed and left without any solution.They are always super busy! Their phones and doctors are always busy and hardly ever reachable!After days of multiple phone attempts(my booking enquiry over email was refused n asked to phone them instead!)someone would receive the call at reception, got appointment 4weeks later,on appointment day was standing outside with baby in rain for ages with the hope someone would open the door which was rung multiple times,after getting in had to wait in long queue of patients for the receptionists to finish talking over phones,finally the appointment was super rushed.I felt even the doctors there feel stressed with the so-called time limit they have set for each patient, which is not more than 10minutes each patient each session. I asked questions regarding my baby to which I did not receive any answers. During the 10minute session with my baby the doctor recieved multiple phone calls from the reception and it seemed my concerns were not a bother at all. Not going back there again
