New customer. Staff are amazing and understanding. I have difficulties and there so kind and understanding and patient with me. They go out off there way for me. Its a load off my mind knowing that the medication will be delivered. Its extremely handy. I would definitely recommend them. If you have any problems they understand and go out off there way to help you and make you feel comfortable. Honestly its the best move I could have made. No more worries about getting medication and the patience and understanding is outstanding. That for me was a huge deal. I wish I met them sooner but I'm definitely going to be with them indefinitely. Anybody with sense would do the same. I can't thank them enough. Best chemist in swords.
I had a lovely interaction with a member of staff during the week when I was looking for medication to help with nausea due to some recent bad news. The woman I spoke with was so kind and not only recommended products but gave me advice on breathing and just taking time for myself, and to try meditation, etc. She showed a great deal of compassion and I'm so grateful to her during a difficult time.
I was helped by Soban and another lady (i dont remember her name sorry) and they were both very kind and helpful. i had a very complicated problem but they sorted it for me ASAP. I felt like they really cared about me, and helping me. Staff are brilliant.
They need to be a little bit more professional...
The staff that are taking the prescription are very nice but the one that's getting stuff ready will let you wait there for a very long time with no reason...
Terrible service. Very unfriendly and not nice to deal with. I have left a prescription in there twice now and on both occasions they told me to come back in an hour and to leave my number. I waited the hour both times and when I came back they tell me they don’t have the medication in stock when they could have rang me to avoid the wait.
Very poorly run. You have to ask to get the pro forma that every other pharmacy prints be default. Phoning up the pharmacy on the phone, the answerer is barely able to take your name without having to ask a colleague for help. And if you send through a prescription via the online service there's no notification sent telling you it's ready even though the service tells you explicitly to wait for it. So you have to actually phone them, which you could have done in the first place.
The only good things here are cheap prices and long opening hours. Otherwise I would go elsewhere
Nice choice of products but the security guy is as subtle as a sledgehammer... Was looking at products and the guy literally came to me as if I was disturbing him and I had to get out of the narrow aisle to let him do his walk guarding Fort Alamo. This is is so ridiculous 🤭
