Excellent late-night pharmacy providing a great service to the community. Open late every night, 7 days a week, which is a huge help for people in need of urgent medication or support. The staff are friendly, professional, and always very helpful. Highly appreciated service.

Great pharmacy with friendly, helpful, and efficient staff. Opens later than most other pharmacies and no long wait for prescription. Sorted me out when every other pharmacy was closed, just before they closed themselves. Thank you so much 🙏

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this pharmacy. During my visit, the staff were rude and unnecessarily argumentative with customers. When I tried to address the situation just asking for a paper bag to handle the medication safety to my home, the interaction escalated rather than being handled professionally. I was threatened that the police would be called and that I was being recorded on camera, and I felt pressured into returning the medication. This approach was intimidating and completely inappropriate for a healthcare setting. While I appreciate that the pharmacy is open until 10pm to serve the public, this does not justify unprofessional or confrontational behaviour towards customers. A pharmacy is a service-based business where people come for essential healthcare support and should be treated with respect and professionalism. I hope management reviews this incident and takes steps to improve how customers are treated in the future. Response... I’m very disappointed with my experience. The staff didn’t provide basic things that should normally be offered to customers. I was not given a receipt or even a paper bag, and the staff didn’t bother to offer them. The way I was treated felt dismissive and disrespectful. The situation became very uncomfortable and honestly felt like harassment. As a customer, I expect basic service and to be treated with courtesy. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling that I was treated differently, and it genuinely felt like racism. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures all customers are treated fairly and respectfully.

I visited this pharmacy late in the evening, around 9pm, and received absolutely exceptional care. The pharmacist who served me - I believe she may have been Turkish based on her accent - was incredibly professional and genuinely caring. Despite clearly having worked a long day, she took the time to thoroughly help me and made me feel like a valued customer rather than an inconvenience at closing time. Her dedication and warmth really stood out. It's rare to find someone who shows such genuine care for their customers, especially so late in the day. She's a real credit to this pharmacy and exactly the kind of person you want helping you when you need medication urgently. Highly recommend this pharmacy, and if you're lucky enough to be served by this wonderful lady, you'll know you're in excellent hands. 5/5 stars

The largest COVID-19 'vaccine' safety study ever conducted, involving 99 million 'vaccinated' individuals, confirmed that the injections are NOT SAFE. They dramatically increased the risks of: 1. Up to a 610% increased risk of myocarditis following mRNA platform injection. 2. 378% increased risk of acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM) following mRNA injection. 3. 323% increased risk of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) following viral-vector injection. 4. 249% increased risk of Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) following viral-vector injection.

Such a saviour on New Year’s Day morning when I was in urgent need of a prescription. The staff were so efficient, kind and helpful.

Great pharmacy, opens late and lovely helpful people working there. Parking outside is difficult, only reason for dropping a star
