I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. A big thank you to Brenda on reception, who was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. She made me feel at ease straight away and provided excellent customer service.
A special thank you to Celine for the facial. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire treatment so enjoyable. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing, and I left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. It was the perfect opportunity to unwind, and my skin felt amazing afterwards—smooth, glowing, and revitalised.

Erin was absolutely wonderful. She was so welcoming, making me feel really comfortable. The place is immaculate, clean and harmonious. She was very professional and with my consent she took her own innitiative and worked on what my body needed. And boy does she know what shes doing. After my session my entire body and mind were floating in heaven. She then consulted me in her findings (tight muscles and knots in specific areas) and gave me some pointers and options to help relieve the issues. So I am so satisfied with my whole experience. Also they helped me set up the app on my phone so it will much more easier and convenient to book in my next appointment. Thank you again.
I had an absolutely gorgeous back massage. Would highly recommend. The staff were really lovely. The girl that did my massage was brilliant. Such great pressure used! The man on the front desk couldn't be more accommodating as well. My friend I came with had a longer treatment and I was done before her. There was a free room with a massage chair that I was shown to. It was so relaxing.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience at Lanu. I’ve been going to Aldona for regular laser treatments for a while now, and the results have always been amazing.
