My experience with Hidden Hearing was only fair until I moved to the Abbey St. office and met Noel Cullen. He has been brilliant, reassuring, capable and thoroughly professional. He is actually inspirational! Now I am happy to recommend Hidden Hearing -.Abbey St. branch - to anybody worried about hearing loss. Darius in the office is also professional, friendly and extremely helpful thus making any visit a very pleasant experience.

An absolute joke of a company. I tried to get an earwax removal booking with hidden hearing in early December. The only way to book this service was by filling out a form on the website, which I did and patiently waited for some sort of communication. Nothing happened for weeks, then I get the quickest call in the history of callbacks - literally one ring, about 3 seconds, and then whoever was in charge of doing callbacks decided that they just couldn't be bothered and hung up without giving me a chance to even respond. No biggie, right? I call back straight away - no response. Try again next day during business hours - no response. I thought this was going to be the end of it, but no - today I started receiving spam from hidden hearing via texts. In no way have I given permission for my number to be used in marketing purposes, so it's in clear violation of GDPR too. Overall it's 0/10 - sham company that's allergic to new customers and misuses your personal data. Avoid at all costs!
