Dr. Kenny has been my GP for well over a decade now and i can't recommend him enough. He's professional, kind, empathic and is absolutely brilliant at identifying the root-cause and explaining complex things in an easy to understand way. The staff at reception are great and I've never had any issues getting an appointment promptly.
Thank you.
I have been attending Hanover Medical Centre for many years, almost since it first opened, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive.
Dr Kenny has been the most empathetic doctor I’ve ever come across. I first met him during a time of major distress when I urgently needed an appointment, and his care and understanding made a lasting impression on me. That experience is the reason I have stayed with this clinic ever since.
Over the years, I’ve had a mix of experiences with reception staff—some have been a bit strict—but many have been truly kind and helpful. Staff members like Aida and Brenda stand out for their friendliness and support.
More recently, the clinic seems to have taken customer service even more seriously, which is great to see.
While there have been a few doctors I didn’t personally connect with, dr McVerry and the nurse, Jacqueline Murray have been amazing.
Overall, I can’t imagine going to any other clinic. I’m very grateful for the care and support I’ve received here over the years.
We registered with the practice as we wanted to have our mortgage protection blood tests done as well as general checkup.
Irish life sent the letters to the practice - and after confirming with the receptionists (in person) that these had been received and was added to our files - I asked if I could kindly book an appointment- I was told they'd get back to me on this appointments.
2 weeks go by and I go back to the receptionists to ask if they want me to pay the 80 euros to book a normal appointment,(which I didn't mind doing) as they had not gotten back to me and Very rudely I was told they will get back to me
Crux of the story- is still no response - not sure what operation they are running there- but a friendly Yes or No goes a long way.
Super helpful, friendly and responsive staff. Have seen different providers over last four years, most recently Dr. Frank Kenny, who is very knowledgeable , efficient, and highly caring and empathic. Also, unlike other clinics in Dublin, they have large enough staff that you can usually get an appointment within a few days. Very lucky to have them in the area!
Very happy with this practice. Dr. Kenny is a fabulous health professional. He is so personable, knowledgeable and kind. Whenever I've seen him he has patiently explained every relevant detail to me. Couldn't recommend him (and all the staff there) enough!
I have been going to both Hanover clinics for some time now, and I have to say - each doctor I have had the pleasure of dealing with has been so kind, considerate and genuinely cares. I truly trust this clinic and recommend each of the doctors. Definitely recommend this clinic, in both locations. They are patient centred and truly listen to your concerns.
I have been coming to Hanover Medical for over 4 years. Every member of staff has been kind, understanding and helpful. I have been to several of the practitioners including Dr Sarah Grace, Dr Aisling, Dr Frank and Nurse Jackie. The quality of care I have received from each of them is second to none. I'm so glad I have a GP practice I can depend on as that is no small thing these days!
Attended this clinic and received horrible treatment off of Dr Aisling Crowe. She was extremely dismissive of me and anything I was telling her. Made comments belittling me, was so condescending, waved every single one of my symptoms off. Even hesitated to give me time off work. I ended up attending a different doctor who actually listened to me and gave me adequate time off of work. Shortly after I ended up in the hospital and was diagnosed with an auto immune disease called vasculitis, which is extremely rare especially in people my age. This disease attacked my liver, kidneys, & blood vessels leaving me with damage to them that is irreversible. Had she of actually listened to me, I wouldn’t have wasted another month without getting treatment. Instead I was made to believe I was making all of this up, and nothing was really wrong with me. I have never forgotten the way I was treated by her and really urge you if you are a young girl like me don’t go to her, she doesn’t care. It honestly shocked me so much how a woman could speak to another woman the way she did.
