My next of Kin end up in St. James's emergency. Came all the way from kildare to support her, she has no great English. The staff was unnice they ask me to leave as they are too busy. This was no true there was plenty space and she wouldn't listen like she own the space. Sure they want best but found them totally put of empathy.

It’s clear the system isn’t working — when a doctor finally calls someone, that person has often already left, and yet it takes another hour before they call the next one. How is that possible? It makes no sense. Please, improve the service and provide dignified care. No one should have to go through something like this when seeking urgent medical help.
