I raised this concern multiple times and was clearly reassured that this complication would not happen. This is not a minor issue — it is a serious complication that has caused physical pain and emotional distress. What is even more unacceptable is the complete lack of follow-up. I contacted the office multiple times while in agony and noone got in touch. I was essentially ignored after a medical complication occurred. Making promises about outcomes, causing a serious complication anyway, and then abandoning the patient afterward shows a shocking lack of medical responsibility and care.
