The booking process was very easy and convenient, and Dr. Paula was very professional during my appointment.
However, the clinic did not respect my time at all. They sent me appointment reminders almost every day, and I arrived exactly on time. When I got there, the receptionist told me that the doctor was at the airport and would arrive in about 30 minutes. However, it was 3:00 p.m., and the receptionist also mentioned that at 2:50 p.m. the doctor had only just joined the passport control queue. It was obvious that the doctor would not be able to arrive within 30 minutes.
I had to reschedule my appointment for the next day. I arrived on time again, but I still had to wait around 20 minutes before being seen.
The clinic charges patients a €30 fee for late arrivals or cancellations, yet they didn’t even offer a discount or any form of compensation for the inconvenience caused by their own delays. I found this to be unfair and disappointing.
It was easy to make an appointment and the doctor herself was nice, but they could not get my prescription right. It took almost a month for me to finally get it, and I had to facilitate the whole thing going between the pharmacy and the office. The front desk people did not seem to care about how frustrating my experience was either. I will not be returning.
I had a very disappointing experience with E & S Doctors.
I visited the clinic twice due to a severe fever that lasted several days, and on both occasions I felt my concerns were not taken seriously. I was simply prescribed paracetamol without any deeper investigation or consideration of a possible underlying infection.
In my opinion, the approach felt dismissive and lacking thorough medical assessment. When you’re unwell and seeking professional help, you expect a level of care, attention, and expertise that I personally did not experience here.
I also found the communication to be quite poor, and at times the staff came across as rude and unprofessional, which only added to the frustration.
Overall, I regret changing to this practice and would not recommend it based on my experience.

I booked an appointment today, but shortly afterwards I realised the doctor was not covered by my insurance, so I had to cancel immediately. The clinic still kept €30 as a cancellation fee from my refund. Please make sure you check your insurance coverage before booking with this clinic, otherwise you may lose €30 for no reason. ⚠️💸
I had a very unpleasant experience during my blood and urine tests at this clinic. The staff member who handled my samples was dismissive and arrogant, repeatedly insisting everything was “sterile” in a condescending manner.
I was made to label my own urine container and then, when I was left with my paper bag, she refused to take it and handed me a trash can directly, making me dispose of it myself in a way that felt degrading.
During the blood draw, her long hair fell onto my arm near the puncture site, which raised serious concerns for me about hygiene and proper infection control.
Overall, the interaction lacked professionalism, empathy, and basic patient care. This was not an environment where I felt respected or safe, and I will not be returning. I sincerely hope the clinic reviews its standards and the conduct of staff responsible for patient testing.

Two days waiting for my prescription, When I went to pick up my order at the pharmacy, they told me I hadn't arrived. I called and they told me to wait, then the call was cut off. They say they're open from 9 am to 5 pm, and at 4:50 pm the answering machine said they weren't helping and that I should call back the next day. And there I was, with pain in my ankle, not knowing what to do! 😡
