I’ve been a patient of this practice for about 40 years and all my family are, which I think speaks for itself.
The practice has gotten bigger over the years, but I have always been cared for. Yes, the months of winter, when there’s high demand, you not get an appointment for a week, but there is always a doctor available for you, and you can see your own doctor if you accept the available appointment.
I have always found the nurses and admin staff to be friendly and helpful.
Must say I find many of the comments expressed to be unfair. There is a shortage of medical professionals, it’s not the doctors fault, so can we appreciate the ones we have.

They are consistently late with their appointments and do not inform you of any delays when checking in or appoliges for delays. Wait times in excess of an hour are common in my experience. Unfortunately they do not manage their appointment slots correctly, I have been a patient here for 18 years but will move to a different practice due to this problem.
I just want to express my thanks to the Doctors, Nurses & Administration staff for your utmost helpfulness and proffessionalism. This is one of the best Medical practices I have been to in Dublin and have been going to for the past 10 years or more. Thank you for everything.
I went to the clinic for a hearing test, and I would highly recommends Monica. She provided a very detailed explanation and helped me understand my situation.
I have been a patient of this practise for probably 20+ years. Their Doctors are highly professional and clearly keep up to date in the world of medicine. Getting an appointment is easy - I have been seen by all three doctors at different times and am impressed with the level of care and their IT system such that it doesn't really matter if my 'favourite' doctor is not able to see me as they have my information at their fingertips. They have an excellent Nurse and bloods are done without fuss at a very reasonable cost. Their receptionist seems to know everybody who comes in and is most hospitable. They have a lovely new medical centre with all the mod-cons and offer a wonderful and caring service. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
I have been having severe chest pains for over a year now. Previous GP said acid reflex but did no tests. Another one didn't even care enough to let me explain my symptoms. He kept interrupting me and said acid reflex could cause chest pain and then moved on. The session lasted less than 15 minutes.
Also had some pains and stomach issues for a few days. He checked my stomach by pressing on it, and I actively flinched in pain. It didn't matter what so ever. If that wasn't bad enough, he had the audacity to insult my weight, like that had anything to do with my current issues.
In the end, i still have chest pains and I felt so discouraged, defeated, and insignificant.
I have had nothing but bad experiences with doctors and the Healthcare system overall in ireland. This is with private insurance. Couldn't imagine how they would have treated me without insurance. I told the receptionist that the doctor was not great, she said nothing and took my money just the same.
I know a good GP is hard to find, but these people do NOT deserve your hard earned money. Please kept looking until you find a doctor that actually cares about you.
