Dr. Sheila is the best doctor I've ever had! She is one of those doctors everyone wishes for. When I meet her, all my worries are listened to and nothing is ignored. She is so nice, an absolute lady, and incredibly knowledgeable and caring. Her compassionate approach and expertise make every visit a positive experience. Also, Ciara, the nurse, is fantastic. As a previous patient of the lovely Dr Ward I was so sad to leave his practise. Once it merged with Centric Health, it went drastically downhill so quickly. The staff on front desk are appallingly rude. Don't even look up to acknowledge you when you walk through the doors. I once waited on hold for 90 minutes before i could get through, only to be offered an appointment for my 2 month old daughter for 2 weeks time. The GPs and nurses here are all fantastic. It is how the practise is managed and front desk staff who let the place down. My whole family (who were patients of Dr Ward for 40 years) have now left this practise and gone elsewhere. It really is such a shame. I hope these bad reviews are taken on board and service improves for all current patients

I attended this practice today and my experience was excellent. I saw the manager of the practice who was so kind and patient and booked me in for all my appointments and really went above and beyond for me. I had my appointment with Dr Sheila Bloomquist who was so caring and attentive towards me. She really took the time and addressed any issues or problems I was having. She was extremely thorough and I genuinely felt like she cared about helping me and I didn’t feel rushed in any way. I would definitely recommend this practice, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a GP.

You can’t even have a blood test. I need to have a blood test ordered by the consultant so I have the form with required blood test and when I called them, they didn’t give me an appointment because they want me to see the GP first, pay €60, then pay €40 for the blood test. Why do I need to see the GP if I’m going to see the consultant and pay €200, so I have to pay all together €300, that’s ridiculous, imagine paying €300 every month for all this I spoke to the administrative person of the clinic and she told me, go to a hospital for the blood test and you will pay more, what type of people are this working in this place, they are a money machine I can see why the nice staff working in previous surgery before the merge are not there any more
