Excellent service and advice from Regional Audiologist Katie Kennedy. From the beginning of my first consultation, Katie was meticulous in my hearing testing and advice as to the best way forward . I am extremely happy with my hearing aids which are the product of the care and attention received. I was also assured of follow up service if a problem should arise

I went to Blackberry Hearing, Tesco Monread, Naas in March 2026 and was met by Ann on the desk who was lovely and so helpful. I then had a hearing test done by the audiologist there Anita, who was so kind and explained everything to me, while I haven't got to the bottom of my issue which is now in the hands of my GP I couldn't recommend this branch of Blackberry Hearing enough and especially Anita. I hadn't heard of the business before I had heard an interview with another audiologist from a different branch on RTE's The TODAY Show recently. While I was going there myself. I had made an appointment for a family member for a second opinion. As he already had Hearing aids from somewhere else completely and up to Christmas 2025 he didn't have to wear them all the time. Over Christmas he lost his hearing and couldn't even hear WITH his hearing aids. We took him back to have wax removed in January I think and had his hearing aids turned up. But as a family it was still causing alot of issues as he couldn't hear us. So I took him for a second opinion to Blackberry Hearing and Anita had to remove wax again and did a hearing test. I am still puzzled as to why but the only reason I can come up with when I attended my gp with my own hearing issues he asked if I had been taking my nasal spray, so we decided to check if he had been taking his correctly. He came out from seeing Anita after having the wax removed on the 13th March and to this day can hear FINE WITHOUT HIS HEARING AIDS and hasn't had them in since that day. We are as a family delighted and can't thank Anita enough, he has decided he wants to go back there in future and I will also go back if I need to after investigation from my GP.
