Centric is all money money money All I need is a medical clearance signed for my son for his sport, we are with the clinic since our old doctor retired so since their first day of opening. Yet we have to make an apt with a doctor, who has never met me or my son before, pay €70 for them to fill in a piece of paper reading from his medical records stored in a computer and, as always, after hours is the only available slots. I need to find a proper doctors asap. This is the final straw of excessive charges it’s a disgrace.
I have been here for many years and I am very dissatisfied. The last time my child waited 45 minutes and was not admitted. The staff in the waiting room have changed twice already. The receptionist girl was very unresponsive. I am surprised when you are 10 minutes late to the doctor and they tell you that you are late and they will not admit you and you have to wait in line for a month again. But when the doctor does not admit you for 1 hour, is everything okay??? I was expelled from school sooner. The result was 1 month of waiting in line. Math class was skipped at school. And we did not get to the doctor either. We must understand that we all work. And each patient is given 15 minutes, how many doctors admitted patients for 45 minutes? Wasn't anyone really late?
This clinic was woeful during and after Covid . The reception staff were bad tempered and bad mannered .
More recently a huge change of staff and attitude have turned things around 180° .
Nowadays they could not be more helpful . I never had a problem with the medical service but getting to it was a nightmare .
It's now a pleasure to visit . Well done to those responsible and keep up the good work .
Finally getting shot of this place. DO NOT sign up to this clinic, they are absolutely woeful and care only about money. I had medication and an important call from my GP about abnormalities with my blood test withheld from me because I refused to pay yet even more money on top of the 105 euro I had already paid for a review and blood test. They called me to tell me something was wrong with my kidney function, and when I questioned the extra charge, I was told by an admin staff member it was 'Up to me whether I heard the results of the blood test or not'. The practice manager's answer to me on the phone? 'If you don't like it, go elsewhere'. Well, finally I am going elsewhere, where I will be treated like a human being and not a cash cow serial number. These clipboard money grabbing robots have absolutely destroyed the practice Matt Lynch built up.
Well clear of this place now and will be taking legal advice at, what could be a serious health issue, being held from me over the head of yet another a made up charge, it's like being held to ransom.

I am deeply disappointed with the service at this clinic. I have been a patient here for the last 6 years, and while there are a few excellent doctors, my overall experience has been increasingly negative. I have hesitated to leave a review because I don’t want to impact those few who are truly dedicated to their patients. However, after my recent experience, I feel compelled to speak out.
I was running 10 minutes late to my appointment due to an unexpected situation with my child falling ill on the way. Despite my long-standing history with this clinic, the doctor(Anjelika) refused to see us. What frustrates me most is that, over the years, I have consistently experienced delays of 15 to 40 minutes at this clinic, yet when the roles were reversed, there was no understanding or flexibility. In fact, the doctor called in the next patient just 5 minutes after being informed by the receptionist that we were waiting outside.
This experience has left me questioning the priorities of this clinic. It feels as though the focus is more on procedure and less on patient care. In a country where healthcare options are limited, it’s unfortunate that such attitudes persist. I’ve come to rely on Google more than this clinic for medical advice, which is disheartening.
Dr. Luciana Pereira took great care of me. She was really thorough, kind and easy to talk to. I felt listened to and in good hands the whole time. So very grateful for how professional and caring she was, a really good GP.
Every time it shocks me that the GP doesn't see their patients on time. Had another appointment today with Dr. Andrea Salina and the delay was 40min. It is shocking and the GP doesn't even apologise for a delay. I find it very rude and unprofessional.
The worst practice ever. When you ring at 9 you may be waiting hours or minutes but that still doesn't matter as you will be told at 9:05 that they don't have any availability for GP this day. But if you ask them to book you for another day, they say to ring next day as their system doesn't allow them to look at future dates Seriously?? What sort of operation is this? If you get lucky they will schedule you a phone call with a doctor, that will ring you 1h late and tell you that you kid has probably some virus. Thanks to them my son has developed bronchitis and still got no GP apointment. Thank God they are other practices that help. Avoid at all cost. I wish I could give 0 stars.
