Fredrick is the man! I booked an appointment with him as I had a sore lower back. He was able to swiftly pinpoint my trouble areas. I felt so much better leaving after some dry needling and a massage and I was given stretches to do at home. He's very polite and professional, highly recommend :)

Wasn't happy here at all with my experience. I presented 11 days post injury with a thigh contusion and on crutches due to really limited mobility. He suggested a scan first, we both said we know what we're dealing with, so let's proceed. I'll consider a scan a few weeks down the line when symptoms settle. I was treated with tecar, and prescribed leg extensions off the side of a table. I saw minimal progress and started to question the approach. I decided to have an ultrasound which confirmed as we expected a hematoma, it was 12x5x7 enormous by medical standards. I sent this onto him and asked what do you think is the best course of action, I received no reply! So I was forced to look elsewhere, turns out the hematoma has turned into myositis ossificans which is a serious condition. Myositis Ossificans is generally present within 2 weeks on x-ray given I presented 11 days in, he should have considered this a real possibility. I found his approach and knowledge on the subject limited. I went to a different physio who immediately suggested I use the swimming pool twice a day within days my hematoma was reduced significantly but large hematomas regularly lead to myositis ossificans, having me perform leg extensions is only going to aggravate and stretch the injured site exactly what we should avoid! I will not be returning again.
