I’ve been here twice and I cannot recommend Alicia enough! Before I went to her, I went to 3 different places and my lips were uneven, lumpy and didn’t last more than a month! When I went to Alicia, they were a perfect shape and lasted nearly 8 months! Such a good value for money too! Alicia is really sweet, she knows lip fillers can be really painful, she made me feel very calm during the whole procedure! When I returned to have it corrected, instead of acknowledging my concerns, Alicia blamed my face and charged me an extra €230. The worst part? Even after paying more, the result remained asymmetrical. I have never experienced such poor customer service. Dismissive, rude, and completely unwilling to take responsibility for a disappointing outcome. Spending over €1,200 to be treated this way is unacceptable. I would absolutely not recommend.
