Finding Dr. Ban and her team was one of the best healthcare experiences I've had since moving to Ireland, and I'm truly grateful for the exceptional care I received. I came in with an abscess on my elbow that wasn't responding to medication. After searching for treatment options and being quoted nearly €1,500 for drainage at other clinics, I decided to visit Abbey Street Medical Centre for an evaluation (which was completely free). Dr. Ban examined me thoroughly, performed the minor surgical procedure right then and there, and charged only a very fair €100 for the consultation and treatment. What amazed me most wasn't just her clinical skill and years of evident expertise, but her genuine kindness and how caring she is. In a healthcare system that can sometimes feel overly bureaucratic and impersonal, Dr. Ban is a wonderful reminder that there are still dedicated professionals who truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to help. I also have to thank to recepcionist Adriele, because from the very first contact, she was warm, welcoming, and helpful, If you're looking for dermatological procedures such as drainage of boils or cysts, I highly recommend Abbey Street Medical Centre, in town. I went for a GP consultation, and Dr. Mustafa is an excellent doctor. You can truly see how passionate she is about her work. I felt genuinely heard, and it was clear that she wanted to help in every possible way. She is highly professional and far more than just a “standard” doctor.

It was my first time in this surgery and from day one the staff were so so friendly from the medical receptionist she was so friendly with patients on the phone and in clinic and from the doc she is a absolute, fantastic doctor, so friendly makes you feel so relaxed. Keep up the good work
The doctor was very attentive and caring. I was very satisfied with the service. The receptionist was also very kind and helpful. They even offered some chocolates and small treats in the waiting area which was a really thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!
