I’ve never been to a more irresponsible and disappointing clinic in my life! 🤬😡
I visited this place twice, but my condition has not improved at all. Last time, the doctor gave me some ointment and antibiotics and clearly said, “Come back in 7 days, no need to pay again.” But today, when I returned, the receptionist demanded payment right away. I tried to explain, but she didn’t even care to listen!
The worst part? My boyfriend saw the doctor searching about my condition on ChatGPT during my consultation. That’s not just unprofessional — it’s completely unacceptable and disgraceful. I even asked for a referral to a specialized clinic, and the doctor just told me to “wait.”
This place clearly only cares about money. They’re more focused on charging patients than actually treating them! Paying a doctor who looks up answers on ChatGPT is a joke and an insult. The treatment was useless, and the service was disrespectful.
I will never go back — and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!
I went to this clinic today and paid for my consultation online before arrival (they wouldn’t let me do it any other way). I asked for a medical certificate to present at work given that I went there during work time and they said that it would be 20€ extra - this is normally free in all of the GP’s once you paid for the consultation.
But it gets worse. I asked the doctor for a referral letter for a hospital which she did, however when I was leaving they asked me for 20€ more for the letter. This is unbelievable, they are only after your money. Don’t recommend it at all!
Worst clinic Ive visited. I arrived early enough to book an appointment and the guy at the counter makes me to book an appointment after 6pm despite arriving at around 4. Appointments after a certain time in the evening incur an extra fee which I had to pay despite arriving early. Apparently I wasnt offered a refund of the extra fee because of 3 minutes having passed the time that I generally would have been given it. This generally would be fine by me if the service I was paying for was agreeable. Except it wasnt. The guy at the counter was very obnoxious and unserious and spent majority of the time on his phone with earphones in. I could ignore it for the most part because its not him im seeing, it's the GP. The problem is when I was called upon I felt I wasnt being listened to and the person treating me was being rude about the entire situation. I tried explaining with what I thought was a skin rash and was being dismissed and couldnt get to ask any questions to come to a solution only to be diagnosed with exactly what the rash wasnt which I had already tried explaining initially only to be dismissed. The clinic is very unprofessional and should not be treating people
If I were on the verge of death and this was the only clinic left, I’d rather die in my bed.
The reception staff are completely unhelpful in resolving issues. It’s a total money trap.
Despite the doctor (who did the consultation via ChatGPT) telling us to come back the next week for a free follow-up, they still demanded another consultation fee.
I had an urgent medical concern, and I was fortunate to get an appointment at this 24DOC practice on very short notice. The level of care and efficiency I experienced was truly exceptional. The staff, including the receptionist, went above and beyond to accommodate me and ensure my visit went smoothly. The receptionist was not only professional but also very friendly and reassuring during a stressful time. I'm immensely grateful for the care and service I received from this practice, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of medical attention.
My experience at 24doc was positive overall. Despite a last-minute cancellation, the staff efficiently rescheduled within two days. The team was friendly, and the doctor provided attentive care with an accurate diagnosis. To enhance the experience, I suggest improving communication on appointment changes and streamlining the rescheduling process. Clear pre-appointment instructions and minimizing wait times would also contribute to an even more positive visit.
EDIT: I'm updating this review from 1/5 to 3/5 because I complained to the clinic about this issue and they have agreed to refund the money to my partner and make changes so that this doesn't happen again. I'm leaving the original review below for accountability.
Do not go anywhere near this clinic if you are a woman. I made an appointment for my partner that required an examination, however she was paired with a male doctor who would not help her as there was no witness present. She was charged €95 and told to go to A&E for a non-emergency medical issue, which would be hours of waiting. The absolute state of women's healthcare.
Booking an appointment at the clinic was a breeze. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the reception staff, who were both lovely and highly professional. During the consultation, the doctor was attentive and thoroughly addressed all my concerns.
The atmosphere was reassuring, and I left feeling well taken care of.
I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of quality healthcare
