Burun estetiği operasyonumu Baki Yılmaz Hocam gerçekleştirdi ve baştan sona mükemmel bir deneyim yaşadım. İlk muayenede sorunları ve olası sonuçları çok açık bir şekilde anlattı, ameliyat günü her şey son derece profesyoneldi. Ameliyat sonrası süreç tahmin ettiğimden daha rahat geçti; ödem ve morluk çok azdı. Sonuç ise hem doğal hem de yüz hatlarıma uygun oldu. İyi ki Baki Hoca’yı tercih etmişim, kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Ich bin einfach nur unendlich dankbar, dass ich Prof. Dr. Baki Yılmaz gefunden habe! Meine erste Nasen-OP in England war vor fast 15 Jahren und seit gut 5 Jahren bekam ich auf der rechten Seite kaum noch Luft. Die Ärzte dort meinten immer nur, es seien vergrößerte Nasenmuscheln, und gaben mir jahrelang Cortisonsprays. Hat null geholfen. Da ich von Natur aus eine eher dicke Hautstruktur habe und dummerweise früher mal Filler ausprobiert hatte (meine Nasenspitze wurde dadurch mit der Zeit total breit und unförmig), war es echt extrem schwer, einen echten Spezialisten für eine komplexe Revisions-Rhinoplastik zu finden. Wir hatten dann eine Online-Videoberatung und er wusste sofort, was los ist. Er erklärte mir, dass ich zusätzlich einen Nasenklappenkollaps hatte! Da er ein sehr erfahrener HNO-Facharzt und Professor (über 20 Jahre!) ist, habe ich nicht lange überlegt und den Flug nach Istanbul gebucht. Vor Ort lief alles reibungslos. Ich hatte kaum Schmerzen, nur leichte Schwellungen, aber echt überhaupt keine blauen Flecken. Als am 4. Tag der Gips abkam... Wahnsinn. Ich konnte nach Jahren endlich wieder richtig tief einatmen! Und obwohl noch alles geschwollen war, sah die Nase schon wunderschön aus. Sie passt jetzt einfach perfekt zu meinem Gesicht. Jetzt bin ich wieder zurück und die letzten Pflaster sind ab. Meine Haut neigt leider stark zu Narbenbildung (Keloide), aber man sieht absolut nichts. Wer eine schwierige Nasenkorrektur vor sich hat: Hier seid ihr definitiv in den sichersten Händen. Tausend Dank für alles!

From the first consultation to the day of surgery, I felt well‑informed and supported. Dr. Yılmaz has a calm and reassuring approach, which helped me feel comfortable throughout the process. The procedure went smoothly, even though I had a bleeding disorder that required extra attention. The hospital and the medical team handled everything professionally, and I felt safe at every step. There were a couple of things that could be improved: Some of the preparations for my condition took longer than expected on the day of surgery, and after returning home I would have appreciated more proactive follow‑up. The team always responded when I reached out, but scheduled check‑ins would make the experience even better for international patients. Overall, I’m happy with the final result and grateful to Dr. Yılmaz and his team for their expertise and care.

Professor Dr Baki Yilmaz is an outstanding surgeon. I cannot thank him enough for the transformation he's done to my nose functionally and aesthetically. I previously had a rhinoplasty at home in the UK nearly 15 years ago. For at least the past 5 years I was having major difficulties breathing through my right nostril. When I was referred to ENT in the UK I was told I had an enlarged turbinate and given nasal steroids to take continuously for the past 2 years. I started looking on whatclinic for a surgeon that does ethnic revision rhinoplasty (as it is hard to find a surgeon that can work on thick skin as a black woman) and could deal with the enlarged turbinate and also a revision as I didn't like the look of my nose anymore. I did have some fillers previously (I would not advise) "pixie tip lift" and it just started to make the tip look large and wider after some time. When Dr Yilmaz contacted me he said we could have a video consultation. Straight away I felt assured and at ease with everything he said relating to the breathing difficulties and the look. He mentioned I had a slight nasal valve collapse and that it could be rectified along with the turbinate issue. He was also going to refine my nose so it's in harmony with my face. As an ENT surgeon and professor with over 20 years experience my search ended with Dr Yilmaz and I booked my flight to Istanbul. It was a seamless journey from start to finish. When I met Dr Yilmaz in person I knew I was in safe hands and was not worried at all. The recovery went better than I expected. I had some mild swelling around my cheeks but no bruising. On the 4th day the main cast came off and for the first time in years I could breathe! And although my nose was swollen... it was beautiful! I fell in love with myself again. Another cast was put home to go home in and stayed on for a few more days. That night I had the best sleep of my life. When I returned to the UK and the cast was removed it looked even better than before and there was no visible scarring which I was so pleased with as a black woman that tends to keloid/hypertrophy. Dr Yilmaz Baki is an amazing surgeon who takes pride in his work. I honestly cannot thank him enough for such an outstanding transformation.
