I completed the final part of my dental procedure at Prof Clinic today and would like to say that I am greatly impressed by the top-notch professionalism of all their staff members. Starting with the online consultation, I found my designated Prof Clinic sales representative, Mr. Selim Can, to be very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful as I conducted my research on various aspects of dental care. He gave me a very competitive package and clearly explained the different procedures that would be required to get my dental hygiene to a stellar level, cosmetically and health-wise. I am especially grateful for his ready availability throughout my dental care journey to the final day. All my concerns were properly addressedssed. I wound up making two trips to Istanbul, Turkey. Both visits were excellent and stress-free. I got picked up at the airport on time and went on to schedule my appointments with ease. All the staff members, from the shuttle operator to the customer service representatives and doctors, had a great, professional attitude. The clinic was equipped with high-tech equipment and was spotlessly clean. To top it off, I left with a perfect Hollywood smile and minimal post-operation pain. I fully recommend Prof Clinic for all your dental care needs. Thank you Prof Clinic! Keep up the awesome job guys!!

An exceptionally clean and professional poly clinic. All of the staff including the doctors, the nurses and the patient care coordinators were very informative, professional and caring. I highly recommend this medical facility for your dental and medical care needs! It’s been an amazing experience. I am really impressed with my new smile. And I would like to thank Koya, she needs an award for employee of the year. She dealt with me from beginning to end. I would also love to thank Ranka, she’s been amazing with helping though this process as well. Yasmin and Marian at reception were very kind and helped me with all my scheduling. I was nervous but everything went well, thanks to the doctor and the staff! I would encourage folks who are looking for the best smile to come to this Istanbul and visit Natural Clinic!

Good day, Going to Proof Clinic was the worst experience I've had so far. Long story short, I was contacted by Proof Clinic via WhatsApp after inquiring about their services online. Then, I was contacted by one of their representatives, who gave me some details about what I wanted, and we agreed to do my Emax veneers for $4500. I paid a $500 deposit, and the representative didn't seem to care much after I paid. I traveled to Istanbul, waited about 30 minutes for my ride, then went to my hotel, which is not a five-star hotel. The next morning, I went to the clinic. I met with the technician, who is not a doctor; he examined my teeth. Afterwards, the doctor came to talk to me, and everything was good to proceed. Another representative wanted me to pay extra fees for Turkish insurance, but I thought there were no hidden fees. When it was time to pay, they wanted almost $4500, but I was wondering why I was paying nearly $ 4,500 when I thought my balance was supposed to be $4000. I immediately decided not to go through with the service anymore. I rescheduled my appointment for just cleaning and whitening, but they charged me an extra $700 for that, which I could have gotten in the USA for less than $300. After a few days, my teeth returned to their normal color. And you can see from the picture that in between my teeth are still yellow. When I arrived, the clinic was empty, which was a bad sign from the start. Based on my experience, I recommend choosing another clinic for your treatment.
