Eşimle birlikte Medworld Kliniği’ne geldik ve gerçekten harika bir deneyim yaşadık! Pegah, Polina Victoria ve hemşire hanım inanılmaz derecede güler yüzlü, ilgili ve profesyonellerdi. Tedavi süreciyle ilgili bize çok net bilgiler verdiler, her konuda yardımcı oldular. Her şey hızlı, düzenli ve sorunsuz bir şekilde ilerledi. Kendimizi çok rahat ve güvende hissettik. İyi ki bu kliniği tercih etmişiz! Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz!

Wir waren sieben Tage gemeinsam mit meiner Frau im Medworld Health & Rehabilitation Center für Detox und Gewichtsreduktion – und ehrlich gesagt: Wir sind absolut begeistert. Vom ersten Moment an hat einfach alles gestimmt. Der Service war hervorragend, das gesamte Team unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und kompetent. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Tag an gut aufgehoben. Die Anwendungen waren erstklassig und die medizinische Betreuung wirklich auf höchstem Niveau. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Besprechungen mit der Psychotherapeutin und der Ernährungsberaterin – einfach sensationell. Beide haben sich viel Zeit genommen, sind fachlich top und auf eine Art und Weise auf uns eingegangen, die man so selten erlebt. Trotz des gesundheitlichen Programms hat uns die ganze Zeit richtig Spaß gemacht. Eine rundum gelungene Woche, die uns gut getan hat – körperlich wie mental. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr definitiv wieder. Klare Empfehlung für jeden, der Detox, Gewichtsreduktion und echte Erholung sucht!

I originally put a 5 star review after my first stay back in October 25. I came back in April 2026 and what a completely different experience . I had to consult my program due to their lack of professionalism . I had to come back to get a rhinoplasty , when I booked my second stay the lady who was taking care of me since the beginning told me no problem we will arrange the program for you etc. I learned that she left and now i understand why . 2 days before coming I asked for the schedule program and they told me if I could postpone my surgery so I can fit in their schedule … I said no since it was booked for months … I had my surgery and then started the treatments . Let me say … between the devices that are old and not working , the lack of hygiene of their doctor that did my hair PRP (no gloves , not gentle when injecting and I have pain tolerance and done this treatment multiples times) , the nurse that had to pock me 3 times to get my blood , burn on my stomach due to their robolex machine … The treatments at the spa : you are supposed to get an anti aging face treatment and you end up with a 20 min cleaning milk and mask … I was recovering from my nose surgery so the last thing I needed was extra stress . I had to fight and argue to get 50% of what I paid even though I only did 2 days out of the 7 days … I told them I could have asked for compensation due to all the things that were happening … Also I don’t get it how they can be so many in the offices and walking around when the clinic is empty of clients … at least make sure you take care of the few clients you have …
