This is a fraudulent agency. I’m at Memorial Hospital right now, completely devastated and desperate. Luxora listed this place as their address, but now it feels like they’ve vanished. They took $17,000 from us—most of it before my rhinoplasty - and the rest after my husband’s facelift. The few procedures they actually performed have gone terribly wrong. I have photos to prove it. My husband is currently battling a severe infection, hematoma, and seroma. I have burnt legs with hair removal. Eyebrow hair transplant is horrible as you can see the picture. One brow is thicker then the other and in total, it looks bad. We are scared and overwhelmed. Luxora was responsive until the moment we paid in full. After that, they completely cut off contact. I still have thousands of dollars worth of procedures pending, and now we’re left alone, injured, and without answers. Look at last 2 pictures and decide if my face was better before spending 17K or it's looks i have gotten well spent 17K? For clarity, I had rhinoplasty, uper blepharoplasty, I paid for temporal lift, lip lift and bichectomy, 2 sessions of exosome and laser for dark spots removal, PRP, 2 sessions of hair removal ( out of which only one was performed) which was never performed. Response: I want to address your response directly and with complete clarity. I was billed for multiple procedures, including a temporal lift, lip lift, buccal fat removal, hyperpigmentation treatment, exosome therapy, and two sessions of hair removal. However, the temporal lift, lip lift, and buccal fat removal were not performed. Despite this, I was pressured and ultimately forced into accepting only a minimal partial refund of a few hundred dollars, while the remaining balance for services that were neither rendered nor accounted for has not been addressed. This is not a matter of misunderstanding. It is a matter of accountability, and I expect it to be handled accordingly. I am more then willing to share my invoice and discharge form signed by the doctor to avoid lies in between.

3 months post-op and I’m very pleased in my experience with Dr. Ferhat. The entire process I felt very reassured. Dr. Ferhat ilen took his time explaining everything in detail and made sure my expectations were realistic. I felt better realizing that he is not a “cookie cutter” surgeon, he truly has a trained and artistic eye. He evaluates your face as a whole and creates a result that fits your natural features rather than copying a trend. That level of personalization meant a lot to me. My experience in Istanbul was very pleasant. The hospital was organized, and extremely upscale. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I felt safe and well taken care of throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Luxora clinic and their assistants, Lina, Aya, Immy, who has been absolutely amazing. They was responsive, kind, and always willing to answer or forward my questions to Dr. Ferhat, even months after surgery. The communication and aftercare have been excellent. Dr. Ferhat is clearly a perfectionist who takes pride in his work. I am very happy with my results and with the care I’ve received. If you are looking for a surgeon who values harmony, balance, and natural refinement, I highly recommend him and all Luxora team.

I found Luxora clinic on Facebook advertising. I can’t say enough about Dr. Farhat, I had a face and neck lift here in the United States the Doctor here completely ruin my neck and under eyes and refused to fix it. I traveled to Turkey to get it fixed by Dr. Derhat . From the moment we landed until we came back home it was an amazing experience. Airport drop off and pick up the hotel that we stayed was so luxurious all appointments were on time Immy is the best with keeping everything organized. It’s 4 weeks from my facelift and couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this place. If you need more details please ask them to share my WhatsApp with you. My experience with luxora was amazing from beginning to end !!!! The team were so wonderful from beginning to end of the whole experience. The surgery day was nerve racking for me of course but the team was there to hold my hand through the process...... Even all the nurses and surgery assistance came in to introduce themselves and reassure me.... The hotel I healed in was wonderful also, great staff, big beautiful apartment style room with a view and close to shops...it made my recovery so much easier..... The support post operation has also been amazing- the Dr and his team message me back as soon as I have a question or concern ....... The operation result has been amazing so far, I am 6 weeks post op and really live how I am healing so far. Thanks again to the team for all your care and attention to me- this was a terrifying experience for me but you made it so much easier and better than I ever could have imagined. Thanks again b

My nose is crooked. The coordinator lied about them using rib cartilage because i wanted a smaller nasal bridge. Also they did not do the eye lift. So now i need a revision. Other doctors have said the same thing. He's nice but he rushed and I didn't get to talk to him long before my surgery

I had an amazing experience with Luxora. Ayla was my first point of contact, and she was always so sweet, friendly, and approachable. She combined professionalism with genuine kindness, which made the whole process very comfortable. She answered all of my questions patiently and even helped me secure discounts. When I arrived in Istanbul, my transfers were perfectly on time, just as promised. Great 5* hotel. I had all of my surgeries with Dr. Ferhat, and even though I requested quite a lot at once, he delivered excellently—every surgery was a success. I’m still in touch with Ayla and already scheduled my follow-up for April. I’m truly looking forward to it. I highly recommend Luxora—you won’t regret it!
